"The initial work all went very well and I was especially grateful they managed to fit us in at the very end of the season. Unfortunately we did experience some cracking and discoloration of our back patio. Even though we were outside the time limit in the contract for warranty on these things, I was SO impressed that the owner himself came out to inspect the work and offer solutions. He was very generous in making sure they could take care of the discoloration, power wash and seal the patio, and gave us various options on the crack (including replacing that whole section of patio!).
