"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. "Norberto and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They removed a huge damaged tree for us, to the point of allowing the 6 ft trunk remaining to hopefully revive and regrow in the spring. Well done, and very challenging work. They also installed an intricate and elaborate drainage for a new lawn to replace an existing drainage system put in by another contract which only resulted in a dead lawn that had been overcome with an even worse water problem. Mount Olive turned a muddy mess into a perfectly draining area! We are happy to recommend them for your landscape needs and are very pleased with their work. "The initial work all went very well and I was especially grateful they managed to fit us in at the very end of the season. Unfortunately we did experience some cracking and discoloration of our back patio. Even though we were outside the time limit in the contract for warranty on these things, I was SO impressed that the owner himself came out to inspect the work and offer solutions. He was very generous in making sure they could take care of the discoloration, power wash and seal the patio, and gave us various options on the crack (including replacing that whole section of patio!). To me this is truly above and beyond what's expected and shows how strongly ACS stands behind their work."
