"I had read a few negative reviews so was hesitant to hire Envirosmart Solutions but I am delighted I did. They were scheduled to arrive in the early afternoon but due to traffic (Seattle!) and some earlier jobs taking longer than expected, they were delayed. I could have had them come the next day but I decided to have them come an hour later. That hour later turned into almost 4 hours later BUT I did receive periodic updates that they were short handed and each time I was again given the option of being first on the list the next day. When they arrived at almost 8pm they figured out that to get to the dryer vent, they'd need to take apart a piece of our front deck. After asking our permission, they got after it and quickly took care of accessing and then cleaning out YEARS of build up in the vent. They were polite and worked efficiently. I would recommend them for anyone looking for help with cleaning their dryer vent"

"Cleaning the air ducts was done quickly, it is the craw space job that was really hard and challenging, yet David went above and beyond and wasn't scared to go down there and reattach and secure the dryer vent in the crawl space, he came back all covered with lent. He quoted me an initial price for the craw space job and committed to it despite the challenges he faced to get it done.
