It worked out excellent. They did a thorough job and they made sure that all of the carpet stains were dealt with. I will highly recommend them.

It was great. I don't know about punctuality and professionalism because I wasn't home at the time of service. I will possibly be less likely to use them in the future, the carpets didn't get as clean as I was hoping. I don't know how many people came to complete the service. They left the area clean. They were great about scheduling and I think the price was a good value. They could maybe do a little more spot cleaning.

I never heard back from them. Because of an serious illness in the family, I wasn't able to contact them to follow up with them when I realized I hadn't heard anything from them but regardless, they should have contacted me! They took my money and did not provide any service!

This was a $406 big deal purchase. It was fine, good. They came out about a week after I bought the deal. They did good work and everything was perfect. It was fine. The workers I came in contact with were very good.

It was really good, it was very nice man. He did a good job, I like it. He actually did very good job. We have a very very bad spot in my hallway. This is the main reason why we called him. On the phone he said don't worry we will clean those spots no charge. So he was very gracious. So he was very nice, and our carpet looked brand new. So I am really really happy.

Because I did not clearly express the size of the job or the condition of the carpet, it ended up being more time consuming than NW Spotless Cleaning had anticipated. Nevertheless, the technician was gracious & professional, the work was accomplished swiftly & thoroughly, and the final result was excellent.

There was a glitch in the day the work was to be done. That aside, the work was done completely to my satisfaction. It was thorough and took less time than I anticipated. One week later, it still looks newly done.
