Better Air NW came out to clean my air duct system. Unlike the companies that charge $59 and then add hundreds when they arrive, Better Air is completely transparent about the cost of their service and what they will do. Chris was excellent. All the ducts were cleaner that they had been after cleaning by other services and he pulled out original construction debris missed in prior air duct cleaning. He answered all my questions, showed and explained everything he was going to do, and then showed me the completed work. He didn't rush but clearly cared about doing to complete and thorough job. He listened and answered all my auxiliary furnace and filter questions and wrote down specs for my filters and explained the different options available currently. His work was perfect. Better Air is totally trustworthy and reliable. Absolutely perfect.

Great Team Servicing Our Specialized Passive House We spent several weeks finding a qualified professional team to clean the heat recovery and ventilation system for our passive house. Shawn and Chris did an excellent job. I couldn't believe how thorough they were and how much dust/debris was removed from our ducting (following extensive remodeling). They were also prompt, professional and courteous.

Went great! They were on time and got everything done quickly, pulled what appeared to be a dog and a half of hair out of the ductwork, found some plans for the house stuck in another and cleared a blockage that was severely impacting the function of the furnace.

Better Air NW showed up promptly and got to work. The cleaning was thorough and efficient. Hardly any dust escaped the vacuum during the cleaning process, but the tech made sure everything was cleaned before he left.

In our 2,600sqft home, they spent almost 4 hours. We've worked with another local company that came in like a tornado--rushed (for no reason--I'm paying you $300+), in and out in an hour or less and cost around the same price--needless to say, Better Air NW is the best air duct cleaning company in the area and worth any wait!

Excellent from start to finish. Have noticed a definite change in air quality. Was having a lot of nasal congestion due to all the dust in the system (who knows if the previous owner ever had them cleaned). That appears to be totally remedied! Very happy with the crew, respectful, timely, great. Would not hesitate to recommend. Expensive, but only have to do every 3-5 years.

The 2-man crew (Shawn and Chris) did an excellent job. They were efficient and professional. Kept me informed of everything they were finding and doing. Since they did the work, our airflow has been much better because they found things that had been done incorrectly when the house was built, or not found when we had the ducts done last time by another company. At first I thought the price was steep, but after experiencing the quality and thoroughness of their work, I appreciate the value of the service. We will definitely have them back.
