After installation, the system did not improve air quality as promised. I reported this within the 100% money-back guarantee period. I was told not to worry about the warranty window, to run tests ?at my convenience? and that they would honor the refund. Relying on that, I bought an air-quality monitor, ran multiple scenarios, and shared the data confirming no change on air quality with the system on or off. The company apologized and offered either a $500 refund (keep the system) or an AirScrubber upgrade. After further delays and staff changes, another representative reduced the refund to $200. I intentionally did not accept an immediate refund at the start because I wanted to be fair and base everything on evidence. My concern now is less about the dollars and more about the shifting commitments"
