"I am not finished with my move with Best Quality Movers, LLC, because they are still storing my **stuff** in their warehouse in LA. However, up to this point, it has been a positive experience. "I had a great moving experience with this company. I was in a hurry to move because of my mom passing . I didn’t know where to start.I googled moving companies in the area and I came across this one. US Prime Movers have the best reasonable prices you can’t beat nowhere! They was informative about ever step. The moving process didn’t take long as I thought. Everything was wrapped and packed nicely. All of my items came as I left it . "The move went exceptionally well. Email and phone communication prior to the move was responsive and professional. We had a written estimate of costs prior to booking the move. They were flexible with dates, and had a liberal "change date" policy without penalty (with sufficient advance notice). The movers called the morning of the move and told us they would be about 15 minutes late due to organizing the truck. I appreciated the call. They arrived exactly when promised and got to work. 3 movers worked on our house and were professional, organized, and hard-working. Once they - and the truck - arrived at the new house, they got right to work unpacking. They were thoughtful and organized on the move-in. We had a couple challenging pieces of furniture to get into the basement, and they were creative and determined to get the pieces in place. In the end, the move (including travel time from Ballard to West Seattle) took less time than the estimate, and we were charged less accordingly. Everyone was professional, cheerful, fun, and hard working, and made our day easy and smooth!
