We reached out to Home Care Contractors for a master bathroom remodel project. Their price was higher between the 2 proposals that we got but we choose Home Care Contractors for it's location being closer to us. Mark was the project manager who worked with us, and the overall experience was good. Mark and other the team members are easy to work with. They are responsive, listen to our needs and always punctual on the appointments time. We are satisfied with the final result. In addition to that, there was a minor issue one month after the project being finished (not construction related, mostly just the nature of the gravity), and Mark sent someone right away to help on fixing the issue.

There offer was $3000 less than that of 24/7 . We did not care for the attitude of Joshu from 24/7. He was pushy and way to pricey. He said that we would not get a pressure treated beam for the price we agreed to. He was wrong. NO comparison between companies.

This company was able to schedule our project on a very tight schedule and got it done before our deadline, in under ten days. The crew was on time, worked steadily to finish and did a wonderful job. We have another deck to do and will definitely call them back.

They are not always perfect in administration but they strive to correct the minor errors and to win your trust and satisfaction. To me, that is even better than hitting the perfect mark every time.

They responded promptly to our request for a quote and then when we accepted that, they came the next day to begin the project, a skylight replacement, and came every day after until the project was complete. They communicated with us daily, gave us choices about the kinds of replacements and their costs, and ensured the work was done to completion. They cleaned up each day.
