Platinum General Construction LLC was contacted after two initially hired contractors were incompetent in providing the remodeling services needed for our bathroom remodel in Dec/Jan 2025. Platinum stepped in and completed the work on time and as quoted. David was our primary contact. He was great as respects communication, working through issues, and coordinating with subcontractors. The remodel included heated tile floors, a curbless shower, toilet install, and beautiful tile work. We were pleased that Platinum got our project back on track and finished after dealing with the mis-steps of our original contractors.

David is easy to work with, friendly, courteous, and prompt. He is honest about costs and he works with the customer to work within the budget. His inspections passed the first time because he looks over everything and is on-site most of the time his crew is working. In addition to the foundation, David poured a beautiful walkway and patio system to tie everything together. He is a young, up-and-coming builder who will excell in his career. I would recommend him. He will soon be framing my garage and finishing it out. I am very excited for this next construction phase and have absolute trust that it will proceed smoothly with David as the General Contractor.
