I think the equipment and competence of Bjorn is better than other carpet cleaners I have used. His company does other work, including grout cleaning and window washing. I will consider them for this in the future and will definitely call on them for carpet cleaning. I requested a change after initially setting the appointment and they were responsive. They communicate primarily by text and email but did phone me back when I originally called regarding service. I felt I got good value for the cost. P.S. They do ask that the customer vacuum prior to their steam cleaning."
