"They sent 4 persons to clean.  They were professional and did a good job with only a few problems.  Several minor items were not completed before the review of work.  The bathroom floor was not done properly and had to be redone.  Some pole trays in the tub/shower enclosure were filled with water and not emptied.  This caused some soap items to become messy and soft.  They advertise that they only charge for cleaning time.  They started the clock when they got to my house. They didn't stop charging until the review and redo's were done.  They charge per person.  Three persons were standing around while the review and the redo's were done.  Shouldn't charge for persons not actually working.  The manager did take money off the bill when this was brought to her attention.  They charged for 9 hours."
