Had several companies come out to give quotes through Angi, Ryan came out to give us a quote and he was the most thorough of all of the companies who provided quotes. He looked at our roof from inside the attic and checked everything before giving a quote for the options that would work best for our home. This also informed us of issues we had with attic ventilation so that the new roof would fix those problems. The price was fair and in the same range as the other companies who came out, so we really made our decision based on the thoroughness of the inspection and the quality of the materials used. The team came and did a great job despite a bit of rain and one slight delay in delivery of materials from the supplier. They were able to finish the job within the timeframe that was stated, and the clean-up was immaculate, they even swept a metal detector through the yard to be sure there were no stray nails left behind. We had great communication each day with when they would arrive to begin work, and good follow-up with questions during and after the job was completed. There suggestions were also great, they detected a bit of water damage by our chimney so suggested that they install a cricket to protect it down the road, I did some checking, and they gave me a fantastic price on that and did a great job framing it out and putting the roofing and shingles on it as well. Would definitely recommend Gutter & Roof Solutions NW to others.

It was quick

Went with Gutter and Roof solutions NW because they are rated as Master Elite installers of GAF shingles. They offered the best warranty. Couldn't give 5 stars because of the lack of communication from the actual work crew. The workers did not speak English. The crew foreman only spoke minimal English. Also no one informed us of when they were going to remove the skylight how much debris there would be falling into my bathroom. If I would have known I would have cleared the area before hand. During the clean up process the crew were using pieces of scrap metal to push debris out of my trees and bushes. I had to give them a broom because they were trying to sweep with a plastic rake.

Good job on replacing our roof.

We needed to replace the roof on our patio. Although it was a small project, they treated us as though it was their most important project. I was impressed with their continued communication from scheduling the appointment for an estimate to keeping us informed of the shipment of materials to scheduling the installation. It was not cheap, but Keenan, a delightful young man, gave an itemized estimate for the high-quality materials and workmanship. And Giovani was especially thorough in following up to make sure we were satisfied with their product and service. It looks great, and we are enjoying our time outside on the patio.

The sales process was very informative, and we got the right product for our needs. The installer, Augustin, was professional and very committed to doing a superior installation. The coordination could have been improved because they did not show up on the scheduled day because the product was not available. A call would have been helpful to reschedule. Overall it was a great experience.

They earned 1.5 stars only because the product is good. Nothing else about my experience with this company went well. It started with the first contact by the company to me. I am a woman. During this call the man asked me if there was a Mr. Smith. I told him that I owed the property independent of my husband. He went on to say that they need all decision makers at the meeting. I again told him that I was the owner of the property. And he said they would pass on scheduling a meeting unless my husband came too. At this point I got pretty direct with him about the sexism in his comments...told him he could easily look up the owner of the property as it is public record. He finally agreed to set the appointment. They only reason I went ahead was because this company was the only one that did the metal gutter covers. Next I met the young man at the property and that went smoothly. I signed a contract made a 1/3 deposit and was told I would hear from scheduling shortly. He said they were probably 2-3 weeks out. I received an email from the office the next day and it said I would here from scheduling within a day or two with an estimate of when my job would happen. Six weeks went by and it occured to me that I hadn't heard from them. I emailed the office contact and said that it felt like they took my deposit and disappeared. I heard back with an apology and was told I would hear shortly. I received a call from Christian saying that they could do the job on Monday, but he needed to hear back from me. I called and left him a message that Monday was fine, but to please let me know what time as it is a rental property and I want to let the tenant know. Nothing from Christian. I told my tenants that it was possible someone was coming on Monday. I hear from my tenants that a man on a ladder appeared outside their bathroom window at 7:30am on Monday. No knock...nothing. They did the work and left a giant mess of debris from the gutters around the house and on the cars. My tenant send pictures and then cleaned it up so it didn't dry out and get worse. My tenant also told me that they didn't repair the one fascia board that the sales guy noted and said they could treat and stop the rot. I received an email from the company on the next day (Tuesday) noting a past due balance. I call the company and got Christian to explain the problems with the job...No notice of the crews arrival, the mess, no repair of the fascia board, and no pictures of the finished product. They gave me pictures of the before at the sales meeting but this is a two story house and I can't see what the new gutter covers look like. He said he would have the supervisor go out to inspect the mess and the board and provide pictures. I hear back from him and he says he cannot fix the board. But he gives no pictures and says he will send the supervisor back out. I get no pictures and have to call back at which time, Christian describes to me my job and at some point I realized he is talking about a full roof replacement? Not my project. Finally he sends me pictures and the work looks good. I ask if he will make a concession for the troubles and the fact that I was promised a repair to the fascia board which wasn't done. In the end they credited me $25 on an $1,800 job. I would never recommend this company. There must be someone else out there that has this product.

excellent sales person showed me all the different gutter cover systems, installers were professional, friendly, did an excellent job of installation and cleaned up after the job was done. My only problem was with the scheduler, no one showed up on the first date I was given for installation or the second date I was given, the installers showed up on a random afternoon it was lucky I was home. The job is done now and I'm pleased with the outcome.

The first appointment was canceled due to a car trouble after waiting for them to show up for several hours. After rescheduling, they were late again. Finally they showed up and did a decent work, however, the crew did not clean up and all debris from gutters were thrown into my front yard and driveway and I had to clean up after they left. I think their products are good and they did a great job installing them, but customer services need improvement.

This was the best price so we got out of three estimates. It was by far the lowest. The work was done quickly. I had a house inspection done soon after an inspector said that the roof looks great. There was a little bit of miscommunication during the project, but all concerns were addressed.

Once here, was very quick and good job. Was one day late on starting job from original start date. Been over two months since finished and still haven't received paperwork on warrant as promised by company. Otherwise, so far, roof looks great. No problems.

Excellent service from start to finish! The rep came out to give us a quote, explained options & had samples of their products & gave a nice discount. Within the week all the supplies were delivered. A crew of 5 guys arrived by 8am & finished the entire job by noon!! Couldn’t be more impressed Highly recommend them

Bad planning. No materials on site when needed. Gutters had no wedges put in. Water run right off the screens yo the ground. I had to fix it myself. No reply back from them.

The workers that actually did the labor did a 4.9 job. I would have them do the work again with no concerns. My reason for not giving an overall rating of 5 star rating is for the following reason. We were told the job would start in Two weeks because current jobs need finishing. Two weeks later I was told that my roofing job has to be pushed to the following week because they are still finishing up previous jobs. And I was told I assure you next week. Well the following week arrived and was told the same story about jobs not finished and it needs to be pushed again for the following week. Again told I assure you that we will do it the following week . I was frustrated and said to refund me the money they had already charged my credit card. He told me that it was not necessary because We will try and get to it by the end of the week. Well they did start the following Friday and finished on Saturday. For the amount of money this roof cost us they should never treat the customer like that. Customer service has a lot to be desired and give them a 3 star rating. . But once started they did a very good job.

The installation crew was top notch and definitely knew here business. Very professional. They knew there business well and were friendly and accommidating . Very satisfied with the job.
