"This was a return to the newly installed bathroom fan, the light did not work. I needed to complete dry wall near the fan, so I had asked that the light portion be wired, but not installed. It was a quick plug in and center screw. Someting I could do. But once I connected the light did not turn on. Harts was able to schedule someone the next day. It was with a diffrent electrician. No problem. He was not familiar with ceiling fixture, but was able to figure out the ground needed to be attached on the night light fixture. Which is not being used otherwise per my request. Fan and light both work."

"The electrician arrived after my scheduled time, without a courtesy call. I learned he had car issues, and he came in a vehicle "not as fully stocked as his primary vehicle would have been". One of the lighting fixtures I needed was not on his truck. While he was working on an electrical socket, he asked if I wanted to go to the store 'to save time and to prevent me from being charged if he had to go to the store himself, because he couldn't use the current pull cord'. Really? It's my issue because you had car problems and came in a partially stocked alternate vehicle? Anyway, I go to get a pull cord. I asked if it would be easy to find and he said that it would. I typically buy the wrong thing, so I bought two items, just in case. I return home to learn that I actually needed the entire fixture. Seriously? I understand the difference between a fixture and a pull cord... He didn't say "fixture". I was irritated, but he tried to make one of the items I bought work (it didn't). I also purchased a water heater through the electrician to be installed the following weekend. At that point, he says he'll remove the charge for trying to install the pull cord. Really? You were going to charge me for that? Back to the electrical socket, he did this 1st, completing 1 of 3 sockets on the same breaker. I was so thankful he did because the power went out again while he was installing the ceiling light. He went back to the other 2 sockets, asking me if I knew if they were working. Really? You're asking me? He ultimately rewired all 3, which, of course, makes sense. I'm certain he wouldn't have if the power didn't go out though. As he left, he asked if I could give him a good review on Yelp or Google, saying it would really help him, they'll give him like 20 bucks (something like that). I didn't. However, after the great service I received from the water heater contractors, I took the time to give them a positive review. To my shock, when I looked at the Dear Services site, I saw "Dave", the electrician that 1st came to my house. Wow! Dave acted like he was just another Dear Services electrician, but he is the founder. This was amazing and irritating to me. I wasn't going to post anything about my experience with Dave, but HomeAdvisor is persistent with their emails regarding the service that customers receive. So here I am, and this was my experience. Again, the water heater contractors were great and I posted a positive review for them. With Dave, that was definitely not the case."

"Very difficult job but went smoothly.  Time consuming due to terrain.  Went above and beyond  with moving the existing lights to an unlit portion of driveway.  Used again with an Angie's special for small work on rear lights installed at new construction."

"Called Francisco to schedule an appointment for an estimate. He and a team member walked our property and gave us an estimate and timeline to complete the project that we were happy with. They were scheduled to come out the following Monday and showed up ready to work. We really appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism. "Thanks to Alex and his crew of meticulous, hardworking, artistic tradesmen of Soil and Stone Landscape my wife and I how have a beautiful, spacious, and usable yard. The front porch, back stairs, back and side yards of our house are now covered with newly installed colorful pavers and drain rock which replaced the unsightly grass areas filled with weeds and brown dirt. The old and deteriorating wood fence on the back, side and front of the property was replaced with a strong, sturdy and wind resistant wood fence. All this work was performed expeditiously and with good judgement by Alex and his workers while we were away from our home. When we returned home, we were amazed with what we saw when we walked around our house and through the yard. It was a beautiful sight to behold! Thank you, Alex, you did an outstanding job!"

"J&R are absolutely master craftsman at patio, walls, decking and lighting. They were professional from day 1, even when we flipped back and forth on some decisions, and we ended up with a superb back yard. I love my back yard so much now - before it was so pathetic and small and swampy. They built true to design, made sure the draining and grading was perfect, made the back yard functional and beautiful. Our kids are now loving it and we can actually have people come over now. I really love how they are so dedicated to getting it absolutely perfect for us. I would and will use them for all my landscaping work in the future. It's just not worth the hassle of working with someone else who is not as professional, late, or require constant supervision. I trusted J&R Rockscapes with my life savings and it was well worth it. "We had Ground Breaking Construction come out to work on my dad's house and garage that needed to be done before a refinance could be completed. The work entailed having the trim of his house scraped, primed and painted, along with having some siding put up on one side of the garage and a hole covered on another. The work that needed to be done was just a bandaid on a broken bone kind of situation. Lionel and Nichole Bell came out, listened to exactly what we needed done to please the finance company, asked questions, and were extremely understanding when no one else would even return my calls. I had received an estimate from 2 other companies that was literally a paragraph in an email. That was not the case with Lionel and Nichole. They provided us an estimate, that very day, that was laid out completely professionally and detailed, which included their business name, address, phone number and license information. Lionel and Nichole spoke to the finance company about the contract, understood the payment process and were still willing to do the work. Lionel and his co-worker were completely professional on the job. Lionel went above and beyond to ask questions that arose, communicated with me the whole time, and even offered suggestions about how something could be done to look better than was expected. They were thorough, left the job completely clean and even finished a day earlier than was originally proposed, but absolutely within the time frame that was allotted to us by the finance company. I would certainly recommend Lionel and Nichole Bell, and their company, Ground Breaking Construction and Landscaping."

"Tony  and I scheduled the pruning day.  He gave me an approximate arrival time... because of the unpredictability of traffic from Gig Harbor to West Seattle.  After a delayed start (they did call),  Tony and team arrived.  They shaped, pruned and cleaned up the yard.   The process took about 8 man hours.  We are very pleased with the results and will continue to use  Forever Green Landscaping.
