Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. As a steward of our outdoor environment we understand the important role we play. We ensure our work minimizes maintenance, water usage, material transportation, and waste. These principals guide all of our practices to ensure that the air, water, and soils are protected and enhanced. Our firm was founded years ago by Ryan Sarvis to create a turn-key landscaping company that could deliver the highest quality spaces with excellent communication and service to our clients. Ryan has an unrelenting love and passion for landscaping as a 3rd generation landscaper. His devotion to excellence in all areas of the client experience reverberates through all levels of our team. Our founding principles endure today and are at the heart of our operations. We use our in-house carpenters, stone masons, lighting/irrigation tech, and other landscaping craftsmen to ensure the best quality work that is implemented in a timely manner. By avoiding multiple subcontractors, we seamlessly complete projects that require multiple disciplines or facets without delays. Our craftsmen have been trained in the "Green Spaces Way". These sets of standards allow us to stand confidently behind our work with an industry best five-year warranty. "The work they did is top notch, I love our patio and couldn't be happier with what they've done with the space. They did a lot of work for us over two months to build a patio and beautiful back yard. We love it. That said, our home is a 70+ year old house in Magnolia with concrete pipes. A year or so after they did the work we had a backup. After the plumbers came out they found that a section of the piping had been crushed by a large rock that had been set while they were regrading the area. The repairs were ~15k all said and done then. I contacted Ryan and he looked into their insurance covering it and they weren't going to do it out of pocket. I value my time more than money and I let it go, and Ryan had some guys come out and fix the area that had to be torn up for free, least they can do. Well after they were done the plumbers spotted another crushed section that lined up and should be 'okay'. Fast forward a year, it wasn't we had another backup. They cleared it and we just had it fixed with another 5k bill. Ryan had said they wouldn't do it for free but 'hours and material'. They didn't give me a quote I shrugged and assumed it would be a mornings worth of work. They came out and spent two days, and they just handed me a bill for another $3200, to clean up after damage they caused and I'm paying for."
