Between myself and my crew i cover a wide array of specialties which include: drywall, paint, flooring, decking and cabinetry. I started the business a little over 2 years ago but have been in the field for 15. I am an owner operated business with a couple well skilled employees which makes it easier to assure quality craftsmanship. With that also comes lower overheard that calculates into very competitive pricing.

"Robert and his team are great. Robert promptly scheduled an onsite visit to assess the condition of the deck. He was very stringent following Covid distancing and mask guidelines. He identified a number of problems with current deck and recommended new plywood sheathing overlay, addition of metal drip guards, flashing , replacement of 2 stairs and a 4x4 post with rot at the base. Robert and his crew are very hard workers. They arrived promptly, kept me informed and maintained a very clean work site. Robert's knowledge of solid surface products and their professional application was evident. We are very happy with the final product. I highly recommend this company."

"Had an emergency in our rental property for flooding of the bathroom on the second floor. I called ASAP and within few days came back for price quote and fix our rental House bathroom flooding. They checked all possible molds that may have resulted from water leaking from 2nd floor to the ceiling on the 1st floor. I would call this company an “urgent home care” you call them and they’re there to fix it. Quality of work is excellent. They did an excellent interior and exterior painting also of our rental house.."

"Our tenant reported a leak in her kitchen ceiling. I called Home Advisor looking for a roof repair specialist and Ferdi Construction was one of the responding companies. I made an appointment to meet with Junio Dias to assess the problem. Junio was punctual and professional. He assessed the leak problem and was honest in his quotation. He was not the lowest bid, but his honesty and knowledge impressed me. His work was thorough and backed by a guarantee. Later that year we called him again to replace the skylight, and then again to assess the condition of the roof of our primary residence. I expect a full re-roof is needed soon and we will call Ferdi Construction to do the work. We highly recommend Ferdi Construction!!"

We'll use him to tear out the old countertops and install the new sink."
