I have used Contreras Renovations on a business and personal basis for over 25-years, and have come to appreciate and depend on the quality, pricing, and reliability of Rafael and Hector. They have been punctual, tidy and impecabilly honest. And are actually a lot fun to work with! After I retired, I was elected as the director of buildings and grounds at our condo development. In that capacity I hired Contreras Renovations to remodel our entire development over four-years. I’m delighted to say that after completion we are enjoying a beautiful restored community thanks to this Rafael and Hector at Contreras Renovations. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent work, They did a complete remodel of my house, all the way down to the studs. New wiring new plumbing the whole works. Rafael, Hector and his crew where easy to work with. Conscientious, always concerned about how I want The finish job to look. I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again in the future

Hector is a phenomenon one of a kind. We have never had someone so committed and focused to get the job done just right. We live having Hector help with projects.

He is awesome. I loved how he worked with us. He listened to us. He was patient. He did what we wanted. If we asked for his opinion, he helped us. He was awesome and was really good with my husband. He made sure everyone was working at all the time. He was a good leader. If they were low in ordering something, he made sure they were doing another job; he made sure they didn’t waste time. I would highly recommend him. He was excellent. Their price was really good. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They wer punctual profesional and courteous.

He was a friendly guy. I asked him about some other work because I have another project that I wanted to do including kitchen and bathroom remodel and the bathroom included adding a shower, and I asked him about getting a permit for it and he said that he would just do the work and not worry about the permit. I thought it was odd because I was pretty sure that you need a permit to add a shower to the bathroom. That was one of the reasons why I didn't pursue that as a project with them. Otherwise everything was fine.

They were very fast and responsive. They did a good job.

The men arrived on time and did quality work. They were very knowledgeable and professional with good communication while at my home. A bit difficult to get in touch with them by telephone but not a big deal in my case as I was not in a big rush to complete the work. Overall a very good experience given that the price was quite acceptable and the quality of work was first rate. These people were professionals that communicated well and were very interested in making sure we were satisfied with the proposed plan of work prior to starting.

We just kept adding more projects to Rafael's original remodel. He did such a great job on the first two projects for such a reasonable price that we hired him to do two more. His team was polite and respectful of our space. He kept very close to the estimated time of completion. Rafael is a master at design. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. I have received many complements on what he did for us. Our house has never looked better.

Rafael came to the house to find out what I needed and gave me his ideas. He said he was busy but could probably do this job in a couple weeks, along with another job in the area. A couple weeks later he called with the estimate and said he could be there the next morning. He and his assistant showed up on time and did a very nice job and cleaned up after themselves. Rafael seems to have a large crew available, because when he built the staircase there were 6 or 7 guys. He is very busy, but when he is able to fit your job in the schedule he gets it done.

Not comfortable with having to ask for written bid several times, punctuality a concern and very surprised Mr. Contreras did not provide us with addresses or photos of other work he had already done when we requested it.

THE CREW APPEARED ON SATURDAY MORNING AND WORKED ALL DAY. THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH BUT SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN GIVEN EXPLICIT DIRECTIONS. THE OWNER APPEARED AT THE END OF THE FIRST DAY TO OVERSEE THE JOB. THIS WAS A DIRTY, HEAVY JOB WHICH THEY COMPLETED IN A COUPLE SATURDAYS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE OWNER RETURNED AFTER THE FINAL PAYMENT TO ADJUST ONE LOOSE STEP. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THE PRICE WAS THE BEST AROUND.
