Robert and his team are great. Robert promptly scheduled an onsite visit to assess the condition of the deck. He was very stringent following Covid distancing and mask guidelines. He identified a number of problems with current deck and recommended new plywood sheathing overlay, addition of metal drip guards, flashing , replacement of 2 stairs and a 4x4 post with rot at the base. Robert and his crew are very hard workers. They arrived promptly, kept me informed and maintained a very clean work site. Robert's knowledge of solid surface products and their professional application was evident. We are very happy with the final product. I highly recommend this company.

Had to have old green moldy carpet removes and green grass 3 x 5 carpet put down. Old carpet and old stuff hauled away. First off the young men that came were so caring gentlemen. They finished the project in record time and in perfect order. It looks so beautiful, I'll want to go sit on deck more often. I just cant say enough about their professenalizum, and how sweet they were. I would definitely hire again. Also the first gentlemen I talk too was also very caring and got the job ordered with little confusion. I will certainly advise all my relatives and friends to hire this company.

I highly recommend Robert and his crew. I had a deck/carport that was not built correctly and the floor boards were rotting. Robert and his team replaced all the boards with a composite and installed a draining system below to ensure a dry carport. The entire time, Robert was consistent, timely, thorough and communicative. He was also cost conscious, which I greatly appreciated, and went beyond the call by even installing a couple of stairs where needed. In addition to the decking, his team installed trim along the house siding to replace some of the siding where it was needed. I have a wraparound deck and it was a big job; it looks beautiful now. I would certainly hire the team again for future projects.

I wish there was an A+ rating. Not only did Robert's bid come in lower and faster than the other bids we got, but his team was respectful and kind. They tried to work around my infant's nap time (without any forewarning), which was so considerate, and they got the job done quickly. Afterward, there was a minor change we wanted to get two rail slats closer together for baby safety, and Robert got someone out double-time to fix it. We really enjoyed working with them.

The garage remodel turned out great and we love our new rec room. Robert and his crew are very reliable and hard-working. We managed to stay within a budget, there were no hidden costs and Robert was excellent at communicating with us. We already have plans for another project and will hire again for sure. Robert and his team are wonderful to collaborate with!

Way better than expected

Robert is amazing to work with. We were in a time-crunch situation and when we contacted him we only had a short few weeks before we needed to move out and tenants were moving in. Robert was really accommodating and despite finding quite a bit more water damage than we could tell from the exterior, he worked double-time to make our super-short timeline work. He and his crew were always professional, polite, and punctual - and they do great quality work. Then, with snow and ice falling on Seattle, Robert made the long trek out to our place through terrible road/weather conditions just to make sure our project was done on time. Communication was excellent, and I really felt like he was listening to us and made our priorities his priorities. We wanted to make sure the tenants didn't have to deal with any interior work and he made it happen. We are very happy with the repair and the finish of the drywall, and he stands by his work. I will be recommending him to my neighbors, who need some similar work done. He somehow turned what was a bad situation into a relatively pleasant experience for us. I would hire him again without reservation.

Excellent! Robert was the first of two, out of four companies to which I applied for estimates, that responded, and Robert was the only one to come to my house to lay eyes on what I wanted. It only took a few minutes of conversation for me to realize Robert was the man for my job. He contacted me the next day with a price I felt was good value, and I gave him the go-ahead. Originally he told me it would be about two weeks because he had work scheduled, but that was okay with me. Later he contacted me to tell me a project had been postponed and he could start within a few days. He delivered necessary materials a few days in advance of the scheduled work date so there would be no delay waiting on materials. He and his crew arrived on Tuesday, and finished the job on Wednesday. I am totally satisfied, and my neighbors think the new railing looks fantastic.

It went better than I could have possibly imagined. Background: This balcony was improperly installed when the house was built, and has been a constant problem. It is above the garage, and pooled water because it was sloped towards the house. It's hard to notice that it's causing a problem until a couple of years later when there is significant damage to the ceiling of the garage, and worse yet, to the walls and beams under the balcony. We'd had it "repaired" twice, only to realize a couple of years after each repair that it was still leaking and causing damage to the garage and walls. We had several contractors look at it and shrug, clearly not knowing how to really fix it. RFI recommended fiberglass for the floor of the balcony, which I'd never heard of as an option, and none of the other contractors had suggested it. He also resloped the deck so it would slope away from the house. RFI did a fantastic job. I couldn't quite imagine what fiberglass would look like, but it looks spectacular, is very nice to walk on, and it will clearly never leak. His price was quite reasonable...about the same as the previous two contractors that had unsuccessfully repaired the deck before...but RFI has clearly fixed the problem permanently. I really wish we'd known about him the first time.

I am so happy with my remodel! I was worried before I met the RFI crew that I would get a dishonest contractor, like some horror stories I have heard from friends! I felt Robert really listened to what I wanted and totally brought my visions to life. I bought a fixer upper a few years ago and have basically had the entire house re-done over that time. Robert has remodeled my entire kitchen-tiled the floors-counter tops-refinished the cabinets and replaced the hardware and changed the air vent. It turned out amazing and I couldn’t be happier! Everything custom with glitter grout and bling. I had a very expensive taste and Robert did everything he could to make the budget work. A few months later I decided to get rid of my carpet threw out the house. He did all the demo for me, cleaned it up and laid the new laminate. His crew did the entire house in one day! I was so impressed. I was on the hunt for a specific grey color flooring and was unhappy with what I found. He went to a specialty store and brought back samples and the floor I had been imagining was available for a small amount over my budget. Time and time again he has really restored my feelings that there really are good people still out there. They were always on time and didn’t get mad at me when I forgot that they were coming one time. I carry his cards in my personal business and am sure to tell all my friends.

It went great! They fit me right into their schedule, beat the other bids that I got, and did a fantastic job. They were willing to take on whatever I wanted them to do. Will definately use them again.
