Our tenant reported a leak in her kitchen ceiling. I called Home Advisor looking for a roof repair specialist and Ferdi Construction was one of the responding companies. I made an appointment to meet with Junio Dias to assess the problem. Junio was punctual and professional. He assessed the leak problem and was honest in his quotation. He was not the lowest bid, but his honesty and knowledge impressed me. His work was thorough and backed by a guarantee. Later that year we called him again to replace the skylight, and then again to assess the condition of the roof of our primary residence. I expect a full re-roof is needed soon and we will call Ferdi Construction to do the work. We highly recommend Ferdi Construction!!

Junio and his team were excellent! From estimate to project completion - they were professional, on time, did a great job and their price was below my other estimates. We knew that once he started demolition, we could find more work and his charge for the extra work was low too. He offered to work on Saturday and Sunday to fit our project in his and our schedules.

Junio and his team did a great job with paving my patio. He came for a site visit and gave me few ideas and places I could shop pavers from. We communicated over email and phone as I finalised the area and paver pattern. He kept me informed on potential delays and started on the agreed date. The project was completed on time. I'm happy with the quality of work and would highly recommend Junio and his team.

Very well. They were prompt, friendly and professional. Work performed was very well done. Would definitely use them again. Clean up was good and they came back to do some touch ups after the work was completed.

We are getting our home ready to list for sale and hired a home inspector to identify any potential problems. The inspector recommended that we have a roofing professional fix the exposed fasteners and clean the gutters Junio provided by far the most competitive estimate and proposed to fix the problems the following morning! Ferdi Construction, LLC is highly responsive, very efficient and extremely professional. Highly recommended!

Mr. Dias arrived during a roof leak emergency in which water was coming into a room in the home. He made initial repairs (without cost) to alleviate the matter which was caused by ice and snow build up. During that call he photographed the area in which the roof needed repairs (the home is relatively new) and upon request provided estimates for both repairs and total reoof replacement. Upon our decision to make the repairs a date was set, cost approved and the work began on time. It was completed as contracted, which also included removal of moss. The work was done on time, in budget and the clean up was superb. We will be using his services for regular moss removal ongoing.

Junio is amazing and very responsive to questions/inquires! He finished all the work in a timely manner and we were very impressed with the results! We had many things need to fixed inside the house, he gave us a decent quote especially when we need the works to be completed in a short period of time! Gutter cleaning was added last minute, but he even fixed the loose leaking part of the gutter for us! We will definitely hire him for any work needed in the future!! Highly recommended to anyone needing a good handyman!

Junio is amazing! Workmanship, attention to details was great! He was easy to work with, came in on budget and I really feel he is under charging as his quote was significantly less than others, so I expected less, but his work was superior! Highly highly recommend!!!
