"David Blaschke is the most honest and reliable contractor that we have hired in the last 20 years that we’ve owned our home! We have no idea how he could possibly receive a negative review!!! We first hired Mr. Blaschke in 2018 as part of large-scale high dollar kitchen/family room/bath remodel and his professionalism, communication and quality of work was a standout among the trades that we encountered renovating our nearly 100 year old home. We have subsequently hired Blaschke Home Improvement to do several other projects around our home, including dry rot repair, waterproofing and fixing mistakes that other contractors made before we met Mr. Blaschke. When people come into our home and admire the quality craftsmanship, we do not hesitate to refer Blaschke Home Improvement.
