Great! Could not have been happier with both projects. Boris suggested great ideas and products. Jobs were completed on time and on cost estimate. Boris was very careful with our property and did not leave a drop of paint anywhere. The caulking (exterior job) was neat and clean. The preparation work (masking, covering windows, doors, deck, ground, natural wood, and carpeted hallway) really showed in the finished products. Boris also fixed dents in the drywall and adjusted the door stops. We have never had better communications with a contractor. If Boris said he would be at the job at 9am he was there and put in full day of work. We could not be at second job site all of the time. We gave Boris a key and alarm code to the house. Boris gave us regular updates and when we visited the project everything was as he had said. Boris is the hardest working man I have met in a long time.

Both jobs went great. He is conscientious about spending money and looks to make sure that he does everything for you in the most cost-effective manner. He is a very kind gentleman and very easy to work with. I would recommend him for anyone looking to get a project done. Both of our projects came out wonderful. I have provided pictures and I'm very happy with his work. He was recommended to me initially from a deck builder who only builds new decks but does not work on refurbishing existing decksite. This gentleman also had Boris paint the exterior of his home and recommends him to do staining work on deck projects where people want their deck stained. He did a wonderful job and I'm glad I found him.
