He kinldy called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He arrived and asked if we want both doors springs replaced (rather than just treating one). He did the work quickly and when testing it discovered our guide rollers were quite worn (20 years) and loose. That explained the grinding noises I always heard when the door was operated! So he asked if I wanted those replaced. I liked Ryan's professional aned courteous behavior and the fact he asked about additional service before starting the work. The price was quite resonable. Highly recommended for garage door repairs

I had a firm estimate in hand within 24 hours. The deal was struck, I was told what steps I needed to take to prepare my garage, and the door was ordered. When the time came for installation, a crew showed up on the scheduled day, ON TIME (actually, 40 minutes EARLY - NO WAITING ALL DAY!) It took 30 minutes to remove the old door and its hardware, and another 2 hours to install all the hardware and the new door, hooking it up to the existing opener system. I was deeply impressed with the work ethics, level of attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy shown during my encounters with this company. They didn't try to sell me a new opener system since mine was still operational, gave prompt, courteous service and sold me a good product. I am very pleased with the results, and my neighbors are, too! (At least one other has already hired them based on the work they did for me!

We waited a couple days for warmer temperatures and it still would not open completely. Turns out it was not the cold at all. My older garage door, heavy wooden type was sagging and the motor could not pull up the weight anymore. It was extremely noisy when it did operate. Travis evaluated the situation. I was willing to get a new garage door if needed, however he said it was not necessary. I needed a new motor and if I wished new rollers too to cut down the noise. Wow. Am I pleased. Installation was quick, neatly and cleanly done. The door opens quietly. The siding surrounding the garage door had pulled away and he nailed it back.in place.This is above and beyond.. Personable, knowledgeable and listens to your needs. What more can you ask for

His answer seemed genuine, that existing unit is good but it really depends on the existing door's health. I decided that I would just have him replace the broken Gear Assembly. After the replacement, he took the time to look at my existing door and made some additional adjustments that made my door open and close so much quieter. "I have been using them for 3 years for multiple projects and would not go to somebody else. They also built a cabin in the woods. It was built 10 miles from the road so it was like carrying all the stuff up the path. They also did the garage and remodeling of the house, mostly kitchen and a little bit of plumbing work in the bathroom.
