They built a beautiful brick retaining wall and installed pavers for a new gardening area that included a column for a coach light — the craftsmanship & attention to detail are excellent. They also repaired and enhanced our front entry by adding brickwork to the front step and sidewalk (on the side of the house), which not only covered existing cracks in the exposed aggregate but also gave the entire entryway a refreshed, high-end look. In addition, their team installed a new drainage line near our sport court, complete with a small retaining wall, a drop basin for water runoff, and drain rock at the end of the court. The drainage system works perfectly and blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Throughout the project, the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They pay attention to ALL the details and are very creative in suggesting enhancements to the basic design. Manuel was the project managers and was always courteous, helpful and very efficiently managed his team. He even went "rock shopping" with us to find the best accent boulders and slate stairs. We talked to a number of firms and NGL was not the cheapest (or the most expensive) bid we received but they delivered incredible value that was well worth the price. "Initially we were very happy with the work done. Part of the agreement was to move some eco-blocks to a convenient place so that we could finish our landscaping. The workers had completed work with the excavator and had moved it out of the yard while the eco-blocks were left against a tree in the middle of the side yard. When I told Hector the Project Manager that they had to be moved he told me that they couldn't get the excavator back in but we could wait for the dirt road behind my house to dry out and they would come back and move them. So, when it was dry I called and asked them to finish the job but they don't answer my calls and won't call back. These guys are happy to tell you what you want to hear to sell the job but may not deliver. Beware."
