Very well. Nick was courteous, professional and drew diagram and explained what needed to be done thoroughly. Work was done efficiently and clean up was satisfactory. Price reasonable. Would definitely recommend Green House Plumbing.

I'm always impressed when a company tells you that things are good vs. finding a reason to do work that doesn't need to be done...so they can charge for it. That's what happened today. We used Green House to install our new furnace and heat pump two years ago, and we will continue to use them for regular maintenance.

I got a same day appointment and they quickly got to work. Furnace was dusty so they did a fair bit of cleaning and changed the filter and checked for leaks or other issues. Good work for a fair price. I have used them before and would use them again.

I found Green House Plumbing via Angie's List and took a chance based on reviews. I am so glad I went with them! This is the 2nd time I would have used them and I am completely impressed with the level of service and quality of their business and employees. I have confidence that when they make a suggestion or recommendation, it is for my interest. They were up front about their labor and pricing and did not up-sell unnecessary products/services to make a buck. I have nothing but good things to say about Green House Plumbing and am happy to recommend them to anyone. I do not say this lightly, trust is difficult to come by in these difficult times, and I feel Green House Plumbing stands above the rest and definitely earned and deserves my trust.

Omid did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new Rheem Hybrid Water Heater. He was the one that recommended it to us after we installed our solar panels and saw the energy usage coming from our old water heater. He redid all the pipes in order to install it and explained how the heat pump on the heater works and the benefits. I've been using Green House Plumbing for years and will continue doing so. These guys are absolutely fantastic and helped us cut down our water heating bill 4x.

David and Zimri were total pros I could not have asked for better workers. They handled everything did a fantastic job.I Will not hesitate to call the company again for any plumbing problems that I have. BEST PLUMBERS I HAVE USED OVER THE YEARS .

The team was timely and polite. My review is based on the lack of value I received. I spent almost $700 for an issue that still persists because they can’t replace a cracked shower pan. Ultimately, it’s about an hour maybe an hour and half of work for $700. I get better value from a lawyer. I’m not thrilled that I still have to go somewhere else to get the issue fixed. They were nice, but way overpriced. I would look elsewhere.

Sonny and his apprentice were very punctual in arriving at the prescribed time. The most impressive thing was his listening and understanding what I was and was not looking for. Sonny found the right cap instead of blowing a hole through my pantry. Time and money saved. Thanks!!!

The install went great. Upon first calling, the person I spoke with knew where his team members were and provided me with a reasonable estimate for when the work would get done. The installers called a bit ahead of time (great), and when they arrived, they did a great job on the install. These folks are at the top of my list for any future plumbing work. (unlike Roto-Rooter who I will never call again.)

It appeared that the hot water expansion tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. After looking at that, it quickly became apparent that the hot water tank needed to be replaced too. GHP had both tanks on the truck, and quickly pulled the old ones, and replaced them with new ones. The old ones were taken away, and the work place was left neat and tidy. The work was done quickly, the same day I called and asked for a repairman to come.

This was a disaster, for many reasons, and I would not recommend them or hire them again. Here's why: 1. They added a new valve and left the old one in place. I had to make them redo it and REPLACE the old valve, as it said in their work order. 2. They first installed the water heater with no drain pan, even though the work order included a drain pan, and even though the code says a drain pan is required. 3. Next they installed a drain pan that barely fit the water heater, so that no water could actually drain into it. 4. Next they left the work site to go shopping for the correct sized drain pan, which they eventually found and installed. Third time's a charm! 5. The worker wanted to re-write the invoice so that it would be "neater". After re-writing it, he asked me to sign it. I noticed that on the new invoice, he had changed the 1 year warranty (on the original invoice) to a 6 month warranty in two places. When I pointed this out, he crossed out those areas and changed them back to 1 year warranties. He did not seem to care about neatness anymore. 6. They left an area of exposed electrical wiring that was not exposed before they started the job. So far, I have been unable to get them to fix it. 7. They spilled some sort of blue glue on our marble floor. I am not sure how to remove it without damaging the floor. 8. This last item may or may not be a problem. I am not a plumber, so it's hard for me to know. We had all copper plumbing. In at least 2 places, they replaced the copper piping with flexible stainless steel. When I questioned them about this, they said that's what they use, and that's what they carry on their truck. Given #1 through #7 above, I don't know if it is wise for me to trust them on this.

They were extremely responsive to our telephone call, coming within a few hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem and agreed to fix it now. Our only complaint is that the price was $485 for an hour of their time in our home. They knew we were Angie's List customers and we received no discount. This strikes us as excessive in terms of cost.
