The best part was when Jack 'showed' the dogs how to use the dog door by demonstrating going in and out himself, they took to it right away. "He did a fantastic job on my grandma's 2014 Cadillac. She lost her key, so we had to have a new one programmed and a physical key made. He even gave us a few spare physical keys for free. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. I would definitely recommend him."
