He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. "Bob advised by email that given both the propensity for the shingles to dent when walked on, as well as varying metal compositions which may have untoward effects with moss-removing chemicals, he had chosen in general to stay away from metal roofs. When I appealed, he took the time to come out, evaluate the roof, and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me providing options.
