"If I could give this company a 0 I would. They treated my yard with what they said was pet safe products and within 12 hours of treatment 1 of of dogs got very sick. Then every 4 days each of my 5 dogs got very sick costing thousands in vet bills. The only changes in our household was them treating our property. I called right away and told them I didn't want to have them come out again. Then 2 months later they call and said that they are going to charge me canceling without notice which I told them I didn't want them to come out again. He was threatening me on the phone. Trying to force me to say "yes" to treating my property. Then said to prove it was his product that made my dogs ill. They don't do toxicology on dogs that I know of and 2 months later! Now they want me to pay them for a service I don't want or received. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS!"

"The other night I saw a mouse run across my dining room, an then I found a dead one by my couch. I was shocked eek I hadn’t seen any mice in my house for years, but I was having a remodel so that could have something to do with it I called Tri Guard I told the that this was my biggest nightmare so they put in an emergency and the technician name KEENEEN came around 4 o’clock that day. He was so nice. His Customer Servic was so laid-back sweet and we got to talking about nightmares and he didn’t like my teeth. He was great. We went around my house looking for tunnels. He searched for openings. He was comforting, knowing that I was like eek. He set up traps around the house and outside of the house and I went to bed that night feeling safe. It’s been two days and I haven’t seen any infestation. My boyfriend wouldn’t even come over and help me because he was scared of mice. Thank you so much Triguard you’ve been there for me and I always know that if I need anything, I can count on you."
