He has 26 years of experience and was very knowledgeable and skilled at using the camera. "The positives: Trevor arrived at the earliest the time we were told to expect him. He was respectful and professional, and was able to fix a challenging drain problem. He also made a few suggestions to minimize drain problems in the future. Two negatives: 1.. The tech had to wait for equipment not in his truck, to be brought by a colleague. 2.. Although it was snowy and slushy on this visit, Trevor made every effort not to track dirt inside. BUT most trades companies have their employees don shoe covers when the enter the premises."
