"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. He found a ladder and fixed it and isn't charging me a dime. So, no French drain, no Delta drain, no foundation treatment, no 50' of trenching, no $$$. Andy was timely, reliable, did what he said, and knows his stuff. He was a great communicator, and I feel so so lucky to have found him."

"Rainy Day Basement System from my very first contact to office manager, were to most responsive to questions and concerns. Ryan, my first contact was fantastic, Jessica was always available to answer questions and worked with the Swinomish Tribe (permitting agency) to get everything needed. Rainy Day Basement Systems is a company I would recommend to anyone looking for quality, not just in workmanship but also in customer satisfaction."

"Don't hire anyone else. If you're looking for a company run by someone who understands what customer service looks like, call Perma-Dry. 4 years ago we worked with Perma-Dry to install an internal basement footing drain system - they were prompt, responsive, and did a great job. We've had zero issues. We recently discovered an issue with an old external drainage system (not installed by Perma-Dry) which backed up during a thunderstorm. When I discovered the issue, I called Ryan (owner) to get some help; he showed up at 9am on a Saturday (his day off) and spent 5 hours with me troubleshooting the issue and coming up with a temporary fix until he could get a crew out to install a permanent fix. He not only was a huge help, but his attitude was incredible - he was actually having fun working on his day off. In the 12 years I've owned my house, I've worked with dozens of contractors and never had an experience like that. True customer service is a lost art, Ryan and his team have shown us twice that they understand how to take care of customers and care enough to do the right thing."

"My brand-new furnace performed very well through the 4-snowstorm blast. However, a week later when a small storm dumped a few inches of snow, the heater started blowing ice-cold air through the house. I hadn't made any changes to the heat schedule, so it seemed really odd that the snow-cold air only made an appearance when the thermostat was programmed for below 70 degrees. The thermostat also would change the display colors to black-on-white occasionally, usually in the evening or early morning, even though the color combination is not the default and is not on the menu. I reached out to G&S, and they scheduled the workman immediately. When Tyler arrived, he checked the furnace and thermostat thoroughly, and although he said he couldn't find anything wrong, the heater started circulating air through the house that was warmer than the unheated garage. I said I would monitor the heater in case it did it again, and it hasn't so far. Spring is nearly here, and the air is considerably warmer, but the house has never felt like the heater was blowing air from an open window. Also, the thermostat theme has not reset itself. Good job!"

"Hagee Plumbing technician Caleb arrived on time, super friendly, and went straight to work. He was able to repair my garbage disposal and save me a couple hundred dollars in the process. I highly recommend Caleb and will definitely ask for him directly if I ever need any plumbing work done."
