"They explained the work very clearly when giving their bid (this work was part of a bid for other window work)  and completed the work quickly once we called them back. They specialize in maintaining and restoring wood window frames. We would have liked to have them do more work, but they were quite expensive, which is why we did not have them do the other work. If I could afford them, I would use them again."

"I had a broken kitchen door window and really needed it replaced the day it broke. I called the Glass Doctor and was shocked at the price and the fact that they could not be there that day. I next called the Glass Depot as a referred contractor of Home Advisor, and the owner was able to come out that day. The owner was kind enough to give us some extra time after he arrived so we could gather our emotions as we had just put our beloved dog to sleep at home due to COVID-19 restrictions at the Vet. The owner called back later that day to confirm an appointment for the very next morning. My only concern was that the technician was about one hour later than I was told he would be there (that is the reason for the low customer service rating). Overall, nice people, good quality and a very fair price!"

"Very positive. Honest, quality experience, good price. Flooded office: Removed plasterboard, insulation, vinyl plank flooring, gas furnace, toilet, sink & mirror, etc. Dried office, then put everything back together. Difficult 13 foot high ceilings required ladders. Excellent paint job. I've used Glassic for new windows and referred to friends and relatives for years. No complaints. Nice guy to work with."

"I wanted to give kudos to Adrian and his team. I had a guest break a corner soap, which needed to be replaced. The handyman that normally does stuff in my house wasn't comfortable doing the removal himself and wanted to call in a pro. I called a number of tile specialists and either got that they were too busy for a small job (this market is CRAZY) or very high prices. Adrian came back with a reasonable price and was able to get someone out the next week. They were totally professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again."
