After the great job Procraft did on our living room windows a few years ago, we had them back to replace the rest of our windows and two patio slider doors. We also had them replace one of the standard windows with a bay window. The team (Chris, Brandon, Robert, and Kevin) were top-notch: pleasant, cheerful, exceptionally hard-working, considerate of our neighbors, timely, efficient, and they left us with beautiful windows that add comfort and beauty to our home. The quality of the windows themselves deserve mention as well. They are solidly made, greatly reduce the noise from outside, lower our heating/cooling costs, and operate easily (both casement and sliding mechanisms). Our whole experience with Procraft has been exemplary, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

My job was a bit tricky and they worked with me to get it right. Other companies weren’t interested in a custom request and only wanted to install a standard window.

Overall I am highly impressed by the skilled professionals who replaced the glass in about 25 windows in my home. Robert and Kevin showed a high level of knowledge and craftsmanship while performing it with such generosity. They were respectful of my home and my workspace, so it was a pleasure to have them work around. And if this is not enough, I would l like to add that the work was done very efficiently with a perfect clean up at the end. I'm delighted to live in the house with new glass panes that replaced the failed sealant glass panels (foggy) of the wood windows installed in 2004. Thank you, Procraft, for the proposal, and thank you, Robert and Kevin, for an excellent installation.

Robert and Kevin turned our unused French doors into a bump out reading nook we will use all the time! Excellent craftsmanship, worked efficiently and quickly.

Our experience with Paul our Sales Rep and Chris & Brandon our installation team was excellent. Paul suggested we replace the glass in our current wood windows rather than the entire window which was a definete cost savings. Chris & Brandon did a great job of replacing any failing pieces of trim on our existing windows. They had to remove a window box form our kithchen that required seperating a marble slab from our backsplash and they executed it perfectly.

Hired Procraft to replace about 15 windows and two sliding glass doors. Chris, Scott, Robert, Jak and Branden were in an out in less than two days. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up completely each day and you can hardly tell they were here (other than the great new windows and doors). I highly recommend Procraft.

Chris, Robert, Kevin and Brandon did a professional, workmanlike, and on time job installing thirty-two line-item windows over four days. They were a pleasure to have in our home. Procraft replaced 4 doors, including a sliding glass door, and made a new hole in my living room wall for a new front window. They were all excellent to work with including Jeff, the estimator, Tim, the final measure man, and John, the operations manager. Robert and Kevin deserve special recognition for an excellent installation. They are hard working, considerate, experienced, skilled craftsman who know just when to crack a joke. Everything turned out so well, Procraft will be returning before long to put in more new windows. This is a great company!

Robert and Kevin did an amazing job removing and replacing two large windows on the second floor of our home. They were extremely careful with the removal, which meant that the wooden "sticks" on the sides of the glass could be re-used. (Good thing since ordering new ones didn't seem possible -- Covid.) In addition, they flipped the framing so that the unsightly weathered wood on the bottom is now on top and not visible. Also, they washed the windows inside and out, vacuumed, and were generally careful not to track in dirt. I am very impressed.

Robert, Alex and Kevin did a great job replacing the double-pane glass in several large, high-off-the-ground windows, plus in a french door and sidelight. Arrived on time, worked hard all day, cleaned up nicely.

This is our second time working with Procraft and they have been great both times. The installers (both Robert and Alex) did an amazing job installing our new large sliding patio door (with huge new header). They unfortunately did not have all of the needed materials from the manufacturer to finish the installation 100%, but they stayed late and got our door installed to the point where we would be good until the other materials arrived. Robert and Alex did an amazing install, but hopefully Procraft will be able to figure out supply issues going forward so that their future customers don't have similar issues. I would definitely recommend Procraft to other customers as they do quality work.

We had some initial trouble getting the sales guy to respond to us in a timely fashion and with an accurate quote and then a multi-month delay while we waited for the door. The door doesn?t close very well - we are told that the weatherstripping just needs to compress - I?m skeptical but hopeful (that wasn?t a thing with another door that we had replaced). Everything looks very nice post-install. Decent price and everyone was super nice.

Our experience with Procraft Windows was and is an excellent value. Quality of work - outstanding! Quality of personnel - could not have been better! We've had 28 large, tinted, thermo windows(1960's Ralph Anderson designed home, widow seals had broken) replaced, complete with all new cut and painted-to-match window trim. Largest cathedral window is 11 feet by almost 4 wide. Chris, Cody, Robert and Nyke were thorough, careful of interior rooms and the yard plants. Phone support, timeliness, quality, personnel - outstanding. Our money is well spent. We are enjoying our view through beautiful new windows

Scott and Jake showed up on time, got right to work. They were very friendly, efficient, and cleaned every step of the way. We had a window lengthened in our 103-year-old home, and they made it look like it had always been there. I definitely would use this company again!

Chris and Cody were so awesome!! They came early and got 10 windows done in a few hours! Fast, efficient and friendly! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting renovations done by real pros.

Procraft was amazing! They were friendly, professional and kept me up to date on all the progress from bid to finishing. They were able to fit in removing dry rot from under exterior windows, replace the exterior door, and garage window in record time. Especially grateful they were able to meet my tight timelines. Never need to look for another window/door contractor again!

Salesman was super creepy but price was slightly better than Lowes so I went with Procraft. Installers constantly bragged about how much experience they had (annoying), yet installed the sliding door extremely crooked and broke my tile. I had 2 other people from Procraft AGREE it was installed wrong (yet none fixed the tile). Finally, after 5 phone calls and months later, they had 2 other installers come out and they agreed it was installed poorly. They removed the door and found it had zero wood/foundation under part of the door. They fixed that and re-installed it. It was better but still crooked by almost a 1/2 inch. They said it was possibly the door and I should call the office and complain. THEY SAID I should call and complain. I did and was treated horribly. The guy I talked to in the office nearly yelled at me telling me there is nothing I can do about it. So I spent $5,700 on 3 windows and a slider and I get to look at a crooked door frame forever... and there is NOTHING they can/will do. So much for their guarantee

They still need to come back to repair my tile so they could find a way to impress me then, but I'm not over-thrilled with this company so far. I had 3 windows and a sliding glass door installed. The slider is wonky looking and not level on one side. The installers said it is because my house is sinking which two other professionals said is not the case. Every employee boasts about having 30-40 years experience ad nauseam. But they showed up and did the job which is impressive in the Seattle area.

Professional, pleasant, good craftsmanship, local. We replaced old windows in an old house, and it is transformed. I recommend them!

ProCraft made sure that every aspect of my project was totally to my satisfaction. I replaced 15 windows (4 were ceiling to floor), 3 sliding glass doors, and a front entryway door and jamb. My house is now cooler in the summer, and there are no air leaks. TOTALLY satisfied!
