They did a great job

This company sent two guys to my house on 7/24/20 to replace a pane of broken glass in an exterior french door on my garage/home office. The door is made of fiberglass. They did not remove door from the frame and did the work in-place. With a saw, they cut a small rectangle around the edge of the glass in the door structure and then replaced it with new glass. Glued it and puttied it. They did a good job with the glass. But they made absolutely no attempt to protect my property from the fiberglass dust created by the sawing process and now my entire garage home-office is covered in a blanket of fine fiberglass dust. Including my monitor, printers, external hard drives, books, pens... everything. One sheet of plastic would have saved me hours of cleaning and a health hazard. I called to complain and they offered to send the guys back to clean it but I refused. In the era of COVID-19 I do not want anyone touching my home office. RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Be sure that you ask them what potential dust or debris will result from their work and make sure you can have the choice to protect your stuff. So disappointed in this terrible customer service. Thoughtless and could have been so easily avoided.

We had a little miscommunication on when Roxie was going to show up, but when they arrived, the work was done quickly and efficiently. The two workers were friendly and resourceful.

First time they brought new door into my home they said the didn't have clips to install door, and walked door back to their truck. My daughter took off work for their next visit to install door, but Roxie never arrived! Third time of supposed delivery was today and they once again didn't show! This is totally unacceptable! My daughter is making ANOTHER appointment tomorrow to get this shower door installed. How does a company survive with these poor business decisions? I will update this site once my shower door is FINALLY installed.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. They were able to order the glass and install it in under 2 weeks. Most other companies I talked to were quoting 6-8 weeks.

Went well

The service was amazing! I called all around and no one could send out a technician the same day, until I came across Roxy Glass. within a few hours I had an estimate which was well within my budget. I as told that some one will contact me later that day to be scheduled for my installation. I received a call about three hours after my estimate. I woman I spoke with was very friendly and respectful. I was told that the glass was going to be ordered after my call and we schedule for the appointment to be that following monday. When the technians arrived to my store they were very punctual. They finished the job after about an hour and made sure it was up to my standards (which it was!).

I needed 7 windows replaced in a 1993 house. Made appointment. They arrived on time. Estimate was reasonable. Work was done same week. Faster than other quotes I got. Final work was very good quality. Lots of attention to detail. I enjoyed using them and would call them again in future.

Very well.  I was unsure what I needed to really look at buy.  Shawn was very helpful and patient.  He provided me with glass options and the benefits of each.  His recommendation ended up being less expensive than what I was originally going with.  I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again soon. I'm very happy with the glass shower, it really completes the look of my master bathroom!
