David, Zach, and Todd showed up July 28 around 8am. I was told that they had another job that they needed to finish up so Todd would be there all day and David/Zach would be back later. I ran them through some of the additional work requests that were not included in the original estimate(re-tiling patch in shower, several more patches from the plumbers, baseboard). Received an estimate later that day and they even worked with us by using some left over materials from a previous job to help lower the cost.
We stopped by mostly every day, and at least one person was there anywhere between 7-8am and 6-7pm to get things done. There was a miscommunication early on regarding when they would be finished (initially was Thursday, then got pushed back to Saturday), but was able to reschedule all my other contractors so ended up not being a problem. They also made sure to tell us of any issues they came across (downstairs drywall was pretty affected by the asbestos removal so gave options of just replace whole thing or fix). Really great about giving us quotes right away and not altering that figure after the fact.
Overall, I think they all did a great job. They were all friendly and personable to talk to, took great care in protecting our floors, and kept us apprised of things as they went...all for a reasonable price.
Note: Asbestos ceiling removal is pretty intensive and to repair the ceiling after the fact is even more so. We had not planned on repainting, but in order to smooth out the corners between the ceiling and wall, the mud came down about 1 foot (vs a couple of inches).
I will never call this company again. I have several rental houses and had one that needed an envelope size texture repair. This was a simple project that I could probably do myself but I wanted Accelerated to do it because I have a very large drywall project coming up that involved a lot of drywall patch. I had used Accelerated Drywall once before with good results through Angies List. So I left a message on Monday June 16th. After I did not hear back for a couple of days, I called on Wednesday the 18th and left another message. This time I mentioned that I originally found him on Angies List and that I used him once before. He called me right back and was eager to schedule this. He said he was busy but for this small repair he wanted to do it early the next morning. That was fine with me. He said that his minimum was $250 though. That seemed a bit high for a simple texture patch but I wanted to see his repair work because I have a much larger project and if he did a good job I would use him on the bigger one. So we scheduled an early trip for the next morning.
I drove to the rental house the next morning (a 30 minute trip for me to Snohomish rental) and got there a little early so I would make sure I was there. After it was 15 minutes past our scheduled time, I called David to find out if he was lost and was still making it out. He said that he was very sorry and meant to call me back the night before. That he really had to go to his Issaquah job this morning and wouldn't be able to do the repair. This was upsetting to me because I did have to re-arrange my morning to make this time (the time that David wanted) work in my schedule. I reminded him that I originally found him on Angies List and that originally I gave him a very good rating. But that I would now have to go on and give him a very poor rating for the No-Show. He complained that he was so so busy. That he did everything in the company. From bidding work to running around doing all the work. That he had kids and on and on... I am sorry that he is so busy but a simple phone call to reschedule would have fixed it all.
Once he heard that I was going to review him he was willing to leave his Issaquah job (the one that he "had to go to"). I said no. Because I was really wanting to test his abilities because I had a larger project that I was considering him on. Then later in the day he called me back and said he would do it for free. I guess he didn't want me to review him on Angies.

not industry standard or the hourly wage that was said paid. So I was overcharged and the work quality was poor.
One day, they were unable to come due to an illness and they made up the time on a Saturday. That is good customer service! We were very pleased. We would hire them again.
David and Zach did a terrific job. They kept everything very tidy as they worked. I told them there was no need to protect the floors since they would be replaced and still they vacuumed every day before they left. I particularly wanted someone with lots of drywall experience and they definitely know their stuff. In three days time the job was completely finished - drywall, mud and primer, and it looks fabulous. They gave us a very good price and we are very pleased with their work. I only hope my next experience with the flooring goes as smoothly. We are very happy customers.
"Thank you (Member name removed) for your response and allowing us the opportunity to work in your home! Just for clarification the this was a "Big Deal" promotion we were running and it was 4 hours of labor that had to be used in one visit. We can fit a decent amount of work in that time frame and sometimes we're able to get all the work done in less time than what the customer is expecting. Angie's list takes a portion and we don't actually see the full $125 that is charged but that's part of the deal in exchange for the advertisement and the potential to work longer than just the 4 fours. When we send out 2 employees to do the "Big Deal" we are actually going into it losing money even if we are able to get it done more quickly. It has helped us get our name out there though and great reviews for our customers and future customers to have. We have also had the opportunity to work with customers who are very uneasy about letting contractors into their home and build a trust with them in order to do future work with them."
unforeseen circumstances, they missed my appointment which was frustrating as I'd taken the day off specifically for this work to be done. They offered me an additional hour of work at no charge for the inconvenience. It turned out the work I needed done was finished within the four hours originally scheduled.
All in all, I would definitely use them again, and have already recommended them.
The work the person did was very nice however and I was glad I had the work done. The worker was very professional and cleaned up when he was done and I am happy with the work.
Where they had to fix our wall and window corners they matched everything perfectly! Looked great!
Professional team and very friendly! I would hire them again if i needed similar services!
