I had a back injury that meant I couldn't work on my yard all summer, so by September it was out of control - wisteria and ivy everywhere, two trees going over the roofline and blocking walkways, all shrubs and hedges in need of trimming. "Great. They gave me a good estimate and then scheduled the work within 1 week. Showed up on time and removed the tree and shrub quickly. They subcontracted the stump grinding, and the grinder had some problems and didn't show up. I called Brian at NW Arbor and he said "Don't worry. They will be out there tomorrow at 12:30." At 12:30 the next day, the grinder arrived and did the work right away. NW Arbor also honored the Angie's List discount when they asked for payment. Good company."
