EVERGREEN GRANITE & CABNT SUPL

Our cabinets and countertops are fully installed and they are absolutely beautiful. The cabinets are top grade and we didn't realize when we ordered them that all the bells and whistles were included in the price. We especially love the pull out drawers giving access to the very back! All the doors close quietly on their own. The crew did an outstanding job with the countertop placement and we are very pleased with the results! What we truly were amazed with are the seams in the corner that I know are there, but no matter how close I look I cannot see them. The crew was professional, polite and all 3 had a good sense of camaraderie. Their humor was intact even though it was very warm in the kitchen. We can’t thank you enough for fast tracking the install, it really meant a lot to us. Many thanks to everyone at Evergreen, we truly appreciate your hard work and attention to detail.

Horrible! Chips throughout all the cabinet they installed. We have tried to get a hold of them for MONTHS and they will not finish the job! I wish I could upload pictures to show all the damage they did to the cabinets on the install. It is a total nightmare. They are just leaving the project unfishined.

When they removed the countertops, they basically tore apart my cabinets. When they installed the sink, they blocked the electrical outlet with the cabinet and they never mentioned it so I had to scramble and call an electrician to get that fixed. The corner piece is completely off level. I had him out and showed him and he completely disregarded it and basically told me I got a good deal and disregarded all of my concerns with issues and damages.

The workers where on time. They were very careful to cover the flooring and cleaned up well. They were very professional and displayed very good craftsmanship.

The end product looks great but we had quite a few issues during the installation. Once all the granite was put in place, they found that the granite was not cut correctly, the edge of the granite was about 1/4 inch off at the seam. This error was due to bad templating. James used flexible plastic templating materials, which is cheap and easy to transport, however can easily shift. The crew had to do some onsite modifications of two huge granite slabs. In the end they got it to fit, however the 2 hour installation ended up taking 5 hours to complete. Also, the seam was placed over the dishwasher which is a big no-no that we found out afterwards. An experienced installer should know this and not recommend a seam be placed there. Thankfully we have 5/8and quot; plywood under the entire countertop, so it should be ok, but we will have to be careful about anyone applying a lot of weight to that area.

The cabinets are all from China (as are most of the cabinets you can buy anywhere else now) and assembled at the Evergreen Granite and Cabinet location. The quality is much better than the pre-made, particle board box, junk you find at the big box stores. Prices are pretty good, if you don't mind coming to the store to pick them up, transport them home, and install them yourself.
The store is pretty dirty and seems really unorganized, but the guys there keep it running somehow... All the cabinets were square and in good shape when I got them home. I installed them with no real issues. a few minor adjustments to make the doors line up, or drawers pull easier. My wife is very happy with the results... and that is what it is all about, right?

They did a great job. The counter tops look beautiful. This is not for the high-maintenence, picky shopper. I wanted granite countertops and needed to replace some lower cabinets that were removed due to water damage and I had a very tight budget. The key to working with Evergreen is to go to their shop. If I had a question or concern, I made a trip to their shop and talked to James in person. They have a big selection of granite and you're looking at a big slab, not just a little square.

They did an excellent job and they even gave us a really great referral because we bought the tile through them but we did not want to install it so they referred a tile man who did an amazing job. They installed the countertops for us and the man who installed the backsplash was also from their company. So, it was an internal referral that they gave us. The cost that we paid them was $2,500 to $3,000. I liked that they had a really great assortment. The products were readily available and the price was realistic. It was not marked up or over-priced. The installation was excellent. You cannot even barely see the seam. Their pricing is fantastic because I shopped around and did pull everyone out of the water.
