I never give reviews because I am a perfectionist. I absolutely have never given anyone five stars. Klod and his guys did an amazing job for us. They were on time kept the job site clean and worked until the job was perfect. I interviewed several other firms with lower quotes. I am glad I paid a little more for pros at ALBA. Hire these guys, you won't be disappointed.

They did not finish the job until I told them I would not make the final payment. They worked hard to bully me into paying but I do not scare easy. Their work was sloppy and the had to come back 3 times to fix most of their mistakes. They initially did NOT take the doors down before painting them and after they had to try and fix the sloppy paint job for the third time they took the doors down to paint them. The paint I requested for the doors was NOT used and they, to date, have not answered my requests or fixed their mistake. Oh, they may say they through cloths over plants near the outside of the house before painting but they do NOT.

With that said, I would like to make clear a few points that could have helped our professionals do their job better, as stated on our contract: 1. There was zero communication between you and our team leaders as they tried getting a hold of you or your wife, and that was always unsuccessful as you said you were in the UK and she worked till 6 PM and could not be there to explain anything to our guys. 2: None of the personal belongings from the deck and around the house were moved; our guys put in extra hours and labour to carefully move things out of the way, which"

Our main concern was removing the popcorn ceiling throughout the house & wallpaper from a couple of walls. The bottom line, we love our new painted ceiling, minus the popcorn. They were very flexible with scheduling and did a good job. They also went out of their way to pick up their payment from my home, which was extra work for them, but very convenient for me. Pricing was confusing (first I was told that when I bought my paint that I would be credited for the price of the materials, but was only given a partial credit). That is the only negative.

Beautiful work. Some interior damage from incorrectly positioned power washing, but will be fixed. Was disappointed that we didn't see/hear from Klod again, and worked with his PMs but I expect that is due to busy season.

The devil is in the details. Overall they did a good job, however, if you have a cedar sided home, make sure that they brush & spray from the bottom up; then angle the sprayer up to get under the lip of the dear siding otherwise you will find unpainted lines.

Klod and his team were great to work with. We had most of our interior trim / millwork repainted. Klod did a good job of explaining what we were getting and how it compared to other options such as oil vs. latex and thorough vs. quick-and-dirty (like for getting a house ready to sell). The work itself is outstanding.

I really enjoyed the family business. they were very friendly, helpful, did very good work. If I have any negative thoughts it would be that I asked Klod twice to give me a written breakdown of the work they did afterwards. He said he forgot, and never did it. I am very satisfied with their work. Not only did they power wash, replace any rotten boards, but did a nice time staining .

We hired Alba Pro to paint the exterior of our house that was built in 1953. From the time Klod and I met to get a quote till the project was complete he was very professional and his crew was very courteous and respectful. We did have several quotes for this project from various other local companies and Alba's price was very reasonable in comparison. They completed the project in a timely manner, especially considering weather during the early spring this year has been a challenge to schedule anything outside without interruption.

They had a tough job to do in staining a 20 year old front door of the Church of Resurrection in Bellevue. It took a lot of sanding and a lot of staining. It looks great now and everyone loves it. You can come take a look any time to see a great front door.

Powerwashing
The team there were quite professional and very honorable in taking care of their task. Also overly polite. There was a small problem I had with a little area and when they called the next day to check on their services, I informed them and were out there the next day to correct it. They were very apologetic about it. It wasn't a big deal, but they wanted me to be happy with the job. This was long after I paid them. Truly honorable.
