He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. "Serge is wonderful. He tells what the job cost (replace toilet cost $250, he does not "pad" his labor cost. He does not nickle and dime you over the price of nails or screws or ther materials. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."

"Phil showed up a little early and got right to work. He was able to trouble shoot the issues with the various doors and provide multiple options on how they could be fixed. After the solution set was decided on he got them fixed and working appropriately.
In the bathroom he fixed the counter cap tile piece that had come off and took care of the cracked and flaking grout in the counter/backsplash seam.
I really appreciated Phil's work. He is very personable and pleasant to work with. The entire time he was keeping me informed of my options and explaining why different things may have occurred.

They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer)."
