The experience was great. Brittainy was extremely responsive and even got me an earlier appointment. Tim was great. I needed a dryer vent installed and not knowing the particulars they could only quote a range. Total charge ended up being $75 less than the low end of the range. Very honest and efficient. I needed a replacement for a flexible dryer vent in an older townhouse condo. I called on Monday and had an appointment the next day. The project involved building a new vent between the 2nd floor and the external wall vent through the attic. What I thought would be a complex job was pretty straightforward to the experts. They showed up early (calling 1st to make sure it was okay), brought everything they needed, and finished the job within 1 hour. Work looks great and they cleaned everything up so you'd never know what work was done. This is how I want every home repair to go. I will be recommending Ventmasters to my HOA next time we need dryer vent cleaning for the complex.

He called ahead to let us know he was ahead of schedule. Work was completed in 20 minutes. Based on the amount of lint that had collected in vent over 7 years, recommendation is to clean it every 2-4 years.

I would highly reccomend Vent Masters! They were the only company that could come out the day after I called. My dryer died and I was having a new one delivered and wanted to get the vent cleaned the same day. Clarence was very professional and arrived in the window of time I'd been given. He will be the only one I call the next time I need vents cleaned.

They did a great job--identified the problem right away, cleaned out my venting, and suggested a low cost way of maintaining my dryer flow while suggesting alternatives I could consider in the future if I chose.

Vance was terrific. This is an older Seattle house. The existing system was not what it should be. Vance shortened the attachment to the dryer, added a cap to the vent pipe on the roof, and cleaned the system. Vance took extra time to explain and demonstrate along the way. Having interacted with another vent cleaning company, I can tell you that I was very pleased to find VentMasters. If you need a cleaning they will clean. If you need repair or installation they will do that. If you are specifically interested in the dryer vent then you should hire dryer vent experts. HVAC cleaning companies are not dryer vent experts. In fact, they are likely to send their junior technicians to work on the dryer vents.

I am very happy to hire the company. Vance is really professional, responsible and kind. He repaired my damaged dryer vent and cleaned thoroughly. Also he provided me some ideas of a new dryer vent installation as well as pointed out the issue in my existing vent line. I recommend and will definitely hire the company again.

Lois was very friendly over the phone. Service guy showed up right on time, and went about getting the job done very efficiently. Also seemed very knowledgeable as he figured out why the vent hood was in such bad shape.

I called Vent Masters about installing a new dryer vent on my roof due to the old one not operating efficiently and the cap would repeatedly fall off. Louise at Vent Masters set up the appointment for 8-8:30 and the tech (I forgot his name) arrived 10 mins early which was no problem.  I originally just wanted to replace the vent cap but the tech that came to the house noticed that the pipe we had installed was not up to code.  He suggested changing out the 3" pipe to 4"  and felt he could do the work in about an hour or so.  1.5 hours later he completed his work and tested the new pipe and cap and cleaned out any remaining lint in the dryer.  Dryer works great now and I would recommend Vent Masters.
