He referred me to Sterling and said they were the best around the Kitsap Washington area. I called them and received a quote which I thought was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Rick performed wood patching and matching to my existing floors. He then took everything down to bare wood, refinished and varnished the entire floor. The end result was amazing and I was very happy. "The project was to install solid wood flooring in a bedroom Previously we installed wood flooring in our living room. At that time we purchased enough flooring to finish but just shy of enough to finish a second room. When we were ready to install wood flooring in the bedroom we purchased enough additional to finish the job. The installer worked hard to get the flooring installed and even adjust some of the boards manufacturers unsquareness. Overall, the installation was well done. But, the devil is in the details, hence the 3 stars. When we previously did the living room the baseboards, which have to be removed to install wood, that installer reinstalled the baseboards, recaulked, and did touch up painting. Other bidders for this job detailed baseboard restoration was included. This contractor bid said it would be reinstalled. Two pieces are missing and no restoration was done. When we asked about it we were told they nailed it back up and are done. I do not recommend them."

Greg was easy to work with, communicated well throughout the project, and helped us work through a few decisions along the way.
