Northwest Infloor

I find Northwest Infloor LLC that is owned by Bret Deiser in Port Orchard to be the best company to use for installation, repair, or upgrading a radiant floor system. He took a lot of the mystery out of my radiant floor system for me and installed a new Flo 60-gallon indirect fired water heater in May 2022. What he installed is a work of art. A lot of the work he does in installation of radiant floor systems in new constructions so he knows what the latest systems are and what would work to repair, upgrade, or replace a system. His pricing is fair and hard to beat by other companies.

Bret at Northwest Infloor has been a Godsend for us. He is extremely smart, highly educated and skilled at his craft of Radiant Heat Technology. Friendly and very helpful, Bret will even re-organize his schedule to fit in a surprise emergency like we had shortly after buying a home that came with in-floor thermal heating. We had also hired him for repairs at our previous location that also had in-floor heating. He is very quick to get there in your time of need and very efficient with his time while working. Soon we will be hiring him to do an upgrade to the newest technology on our current system. Can't say enough great things about Bret and Northwest Infloor.

The Infloor experts have been getting familiar with the unique heating
system in my townhome complex (it's a hydronic / heating vent system)
and they're experts in hydronic systems so I thought I'd give them a
shot based on other reviews.
The service professional and an
apprentice came along and they explained the working of my system. They
repaired a duct that had come loose and diagnosed a problem with the
duct bringing in soot and explained what to do in the future should that
happen again. They also diagnosed and repaired a few valves that were
not reading correctly on my hydronic flow. They also flushed the system
and ensured the flame on my hot water heater was good and there wasn't
any carbon monoxide. Finally, they also left their and quot;snifferand quot; in a
bathroom that I thought had a funny smell and while it could be smelly
it is likely due to us not using the bathroom often and wasn't a result
of vapors seeping through the walls.
Overall they were worth
every penny. I will definitely see them again should something happen,
or when it is time for my annual flush.

He always comes when he says he is going to. He is a good communicator. He went out of his way to get the part. His work is excellent. I have an expensive system.

The owner is extremely responsive. They took the time to explain everything and give me options. He was working in the area, so he stopped by and fixed a drip I had. He did not charge me anything. His prices are reasonable.
