The first was a move-in carpet cleaning (by hot water extraction), and the other a move-out carpet and oriental rug cleaning (again by hot water extraction). He was the consummate professional both times. He arrived at the appointed hour, and took great care cleaning the floor coverings, particularly the oriental rugs, which were relatively thin and required extra care and attention.
