He listened to my questions and concerns and addressed each one. His team had the same characteristics as Keith (i.e., knowledgeable, professional, etc.). They also are some of the hardest working people that we have contracted with and have the best attitudes. They worked until the job was complete and did an amazing cleanup. We were thankful Keith scheduled us in when he did as our beloved maples had rot down to their bases."
