"Martin was quick to response to my inquiry, within 24 hours of submitting my inquiry, my service was complete! We had moss removed from our roof. I appreciated that he also had the floor washed outside where the dirt and moss fell. Would recommend!"

"I highly recommend this Landscaper. He was on time for our scheduled estimate and offered to complete the work and offered to complete the job immediately. His work was thoughtful, professional and impressive. Within a couple of hours he hauled out tons of yard waste that would have taken me days to clear out and even removed leaves from my garden beds. My yard looked amazing. 5 stars"

"They used a blower to remove the stuff in the gutters. Much of it flew everywhere to include the roof, lawn, and concrete areas. That stuff that landed on the roof will probably wash back into the gutters at the frist rains. But what I'm really concerned about is possible damage done to the roof by the blower which was a very strong one. Won't know for sure until the rainy season starts. If I have my gutters cleaned again it won't be by blower."

"Francisco has been my “go to guy“ for all of my macro projects for many years. He limbs my fur trees, prunes my hedge (14’x14’x180’), winter prunes my 30 fruit, removed fallen tree from my house, installed new shrubbery beds. He is trustworthy, reliable, and excellent in what he pursues. You will love his generous smile and great attitude."

"Friendly and professional! My Mom had a lot of items that needed to be removed from the backyard and garage. They lived up to everything they said they would do. Just point and they picked it up and removed it. Worked efficiently with little direction - we didnâ t have to do anything! They also disassembled and removed an old broken down jungle gym from the backyard!!!! Highly recommend this company. Excellent work!!!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Professional lead-paint abatement companies use a variety of methods to remove lead-based paint, depending on each particular situation. Some of the most common methods include:

  • Total removal: $8–$17 per square foot

  • Demolition and replacement: $1,000–$15,000 per project

  • Encapsulation: $4 per square foot

  • Enclosure: $10 per square foot

  • Chemical stripping: $10–$17 per square foot

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is recycling or donation, if possible. That way, the world can reduce its consumption of raw materials and the volume at which materials have to be treated and disposed of. If recycling or donation is not an option, most waste can be disposed of through landfills or incinerators, but their collection and treatment are separate from regular day-to-day waste disposal.

While not all homes built before 1978 contain lead paint, enough do, so you’ll still want to test to be on the safe side. The federal government banned lead-based paint for homes in 1978, but your state may have banned lead before that time. Around 24% of homes built between 1960 and 1977 contained lead-based paint, while 87% of homes built before 1940 contained lead-based paint.

Exterior paint contains a higher level of VOCs, which can be dangerous if you’re exposed to it for a long period of time. The good news is that paint’s toxicity reduces significantly once fully dried and cured. Do not keep open exterior paint cans in your home, basement, or garage, exposing your household to harmful chemicals over time.

Lead removal can take a few days to several weeks, depending on the work needed, particularly if the lead is widespread and in hard-to-reach areas.
