"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Brandon R and Ryan P did a fantastic job of installing my new windows. The instillation was changeling due to the age of the cabin and the custom window shapes to deal with. They were professional, efficient, courteous and were able to answer all the questions I had about the new windows. Feeling very happy and very well served."

"They did a great job. Everyone was helpful. We replaced over 20 windows. The installers- Crisanto, Johan and Emelio- were so kind, polite and efficient! The new windows look amazing!"

"We rent an old house in Lake Hills and the windows are a mix of original and new dual panes. Tim arrived to give an estimate, had all of his equipment ready to go, gave a very reasonable quote and cleaned the windows all in the same day!!! He was polite, thorough, clean and, most importantly, not afraid of my dogs! He noticed my sliding screen was broken and offered to fix it, mesh it and reinstall it the next day. Extraordinary service!!! I recommend Thompson Roof, Gutters, Windows and Housekeeping 20/10, 10 Stars, two thumbs up!! Will definitely hire again! (photo: front window view. I can actually see and enjoy my dahlia blooms!)"

"I'm very please with the tech and job."

"Four of the five windows ordered were fine. One window did not fit (by wide margin) due to measuirement error. Champion has not shown any of the expected urgency about correcting the problem."

"Overall great experience! They installed 27 windows in under two days! A few nails left over and a few smudges, but nothing too extreme. Can notice the difference (positive) already from our former aluminum windows, especially how our house doesn't heat up on these hot days!"

"James was great! He was very flexible with his time and did an excellent job on our windows. Will definitely hire him again."

"Windows turned out so good! Would definitely recommend."
