They were amazingSeptic alarm sounded about 3:30 PM Friday. I phoned and they were here about 4:15, and pumped the rank, removed the defective pump, finished before 5PM to avoid charging overtime. Ordered the new pump on Monday AM, and installed it on Wendsday afternoon. It all went well.
