"Customer supplied all the materials for the shingle roof. His materials are many years old and they no longer made that same shade shingles. So we had no choice but to use new shingles to finish the job of a different color. We didn?t underestimate the size of the roof the customer didn?t supply enough materials and I told him from the day that I bid the job that he didn?t have enough shingles and that we would need to buy more to do the job. He was fine with that only to later complain about the two different colors at no fault but his own."
