To start, in Franklin County, we are a little of the beaten path, and we have grown accustomed to contractors not calling us back or not arriving on time or on the day initially scheduled. Ben followed up twice, arrived as scheduled, on time, and helped us wire up zones to our Gentran switch that were missed on the initial install by another electrician.
