Shawn was our installer and Larry was our advisor/sales person. They were both prompt and courteous and did a great job. We are very pleased with our bath to shower conversion, and it is much safer for my mother now.

Our installer, Harry, was great. He arrived on time, worked very neatly, and gave maintenance instructions. This is the second time we used Bath Fitter of Clearwater.

Brett was our installer. He was prompt and did excellent work. The tub and wall install looks phenomenal. We appreciated his attention to detail. He left a clean work area after the first day and at completion of the job.

I got this project started in plenty of time to have it complete before Christmas day, when my family was arriving from out of state. Two+ weeks after someone was already out to measure the tub, they called me to say they needed to come back to measure because they were not sure between two different liners due to how it was measured the first time. They were not able to get someone out before almost another entire week. When I called them, over a week later to ask about installation date, she gave me the date of 12/29. I expressed my disappointment and disatisfaction with that date, however she was very matter-of-fact about informing me that was the best they could do. I feel she could have been much more empathetic AND I also feel that, based on what had transpired, they could have changed the installation date of another project to get here before Christmas day. The bathtub was installed this morning and it looks fantastic. I am please with the workmanship and the professionalism that SHAWN showed, that man that did the install, however they can certainly improve their customer service!

Our installer's name was Brett and he went above and beyond in his workmanship and ensured the shower was customized specifically for my height. He was a gentleman, a professional, and a hard worker. He made extra efforts to clean up the workspace before and after completing the job.

Harry the installer, arrived on time , professional, cleaned up his work and explained how to operate bath/shower and how to take care of. Harry deserves a bonus or raise.

Brandon installed a shower liner and did a fantastic job. The caulking was flawless, his customer service skills were awesome. Everything is now clean and beautiful. Price was very reasonable.

Just the best experience ever along with their wonderful quality work by Brandon. We had a few items that were beneath the tub that needed extra work and they kept us in the loop at all times. Just a wonderful company.
