Job was not done correctly. The bath tub faucet was over soldered, causing it to leak. The flooring was installed in the wrong direction and not fully done. I had received the response that it's already down. There are pencil size holes in the drywall above the baseboards. Was told there never was a contractor, when I have a email confirming the amount as well as video of all the work and conversations being done. Also was not able to install the back splash on the vanity because he said he doesn't have something to cut it. Multiple areas on the wall that were not wet sanded.

There was a an issue with missing parts to the relocating and install of our fireplace that prevented the job completion. I was told that once the correct items were available he would return to finish it and that it would be quick to finish. Once I informed him that the pieces are ready his response was that he is too busy to return and would let me know when he can return in about 2 months. It’s been a couple weeks and he didn’t respond the last email I sent regarding this. I have been very understanding and patient about it, but clearly he’s not coming back. Don’t pay him if the job has a delay to finish even if he knocks off $200 to be due after he will supposedly return.

Amador is impressive, and he was able to troubleshoot for unseen problems and to fix and stay within our budget. There was dry rot in the sub-flooring along with water pipes that needed to be rerouted. The bathroom looks fantastic and is better than I could have imagined. He and his crew were very professional He and his crew were sensitive to safety for our residents especially during this time with the COVID I am recommending him and his team for future projects.

Went very well. Took about the two weeks given in the first estimate. Costs also matched the estimate, with some additions that were discussed before I gave the go ahead for the added work.

I had called this company before to install some siding on my home. They did a great job installing the newer, more modern looking material. They fixed any issues they came across for rot or other repairs needed. So when I had an issue with my bathroom, I called this company and had them come out to take a look. They were very honest with me and told me that replacing the toilet would not be enough to fix the issue. They said there was a leak elsewhere in the bathroom and they explained what they wanted to do in order to find where it was originating from. I had a soft spot in my bathroom tile floor and I had thought it was just from a leaking toilet. When they took out the toilet and sink in the bathroom and opened the wall, there was a pipe that was rusted and leaking. They replaced that and installed new tile flooring, sink, and toilet and everything is resolved with no issues since. They came in lower than my other bids, they followed up with me and verified that I was happy with the end result. They fixed whatever issues I saw. They responded almost immediately if I had any questions. It was same day response. They arrived on time, stayed on task and everything was on point. This company is reliable and followed through with exactly what they told us. They are a great team and very responsive to my needs and wants. Always willing to listen to what I need and want and willing to work within my budget, I would highly recommend.
