Jeff stretched a carpet in a large finished basement that had several large wrinkles in it and made it like new. Also stretched and reinstalled the carpet on our stairs to the basement, making them better than they ever were as they were not installed properly by the contractor (not Jeff) who did the original inistallation. Jeff was professional, clean, and did a great job for us. He has expert level knowledge on carpeting and I highly recommend Carpet Specialist.

Very professional and trustworthy. To stretch my carpet they had to remove closet doors and furniture. They did this with utmost care and respect of my belongings. The carpet looks wonderful and all the folds and creases were removed. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Carpet Specialist.

We live in the West End of Richmond so they perform work all over even though they are based in Chester. Work was subperb. In 1-1/2 hours, Jeff and my husband moved all the furniture in two rooms and Jeff restretched the carpet and trimmed the excess. that had several wrinkles over the years. The wrinkles are gome. You can faintly see where they were but traffic should make them less and less noticible. They look so much better than they were. We were pleased and I highly recommend them for this type or other tpes of flooring.

Jury still out. Was told vacuuming and carpet cleaning would restore completely. Vacuuming didnâ t change a thing, now awaiting carpet cleaning. For another review check in two weeks.

"First off, we would like to clarify something about this review. Carpet Specialist does not? restore? carpet. We would never use that term in an interaction with a customer. The service we offer is commonly known as restretching. This is a process where we use a special device to restretch. carpet that was not installed correctly, to begin with in order to remove wrinkles. As we explain to every customer- depending on how long the wrinkles have been there before the customer decides to have it fixed, oftentimes (particularly with lighter-colored carpets) despite the carpet being tightly stretched into place and the physical wrinkle being gone."

My 10 year old carpet was in bad shape. Hall is angled, so that was a problem too. In 4 hours then tire second floor was done. Looks great. Jeff and his son, Adam were amazing. They explained every step and gave a solid estimate. Highly recommend

Jeff did a fabulous job on my 2 guest bedroom carpets. They had so many wrinkles and some areas were not attached anymore to the carpet tack board. Jeff stretched them and removed all extra carpeting. He then fixed each carpet doorway so they are straight and even. They look brand new.
