"Everything went well. Needed help as, while the install isn't exactly complex, I don't have all the necessary tools/accessories to install in tall garage ceiling. Rep came out to survey area for installation and determine any details, as well as provide rough estimate. Crew came out few days later and installed rack without any issue. "They arrived promptly and started moving furniture. The room had never been painted after initial paint during construction. Kenny and crew did an outstanding job.  I was amazed that the gentleman doing the cut-in was so proficient and never had to use tape. The painting did take longer as I added the ceiling and stairwell to my original request but Kenny did his best to fit me in to finish up and in no time, the job was finished to my complete satisfaction.
