"I requested a qoute Saturday morning and got a call within 5 minutes. They came by 30min later and gave me a qoute and offered to fix another patch of drywall I hadn't asked them too. They said they would be here about 9am Sunday. They came and went right to work. 3 hours later and my bathroom looks amazing. If I could give them a star rating 5/5 I have attached the before and after."

"Good, we had them do a fireplace and I knew it was not easy but they did a very good job on it, then the kitchen and hallway was next, very good."

"I purchased the 3 Room Special from Angie's List for $399 to have my kids bedrooms painted. The house is brand new and has the cheap contractor flat paint on the walls. Steve contacted me within 48 house and we set up a date for him to come view the rooms. After he measured the rooms they were over the square footage. I believe the deal was for 3 13-by-13 rooms. My rooms were 12x16, 12x18, and 10x8, or something close to those dimensions. Steve originally quoted me an extra $80 for the additional square footage, but had no probelm dropping the price down to 50 which was a little more reasonable for me. My husband and I had already primed one of the bigger rooms so he went ahead and painted the ceiling as well in that room for no additional charge, but wanted to charge $150 for the other two rooms. I felt the price was a bit much since the ceiling in the biggest room is small because the walls angle on each side of the room so it's not square. Luckily since the rooms were painted white you really can't tell the ceilings were not painted. I chose to use the paint he recommened which was Sherwin Williams and for a 5 gallon bucket he charged us $120 which I thought was very reasonable. He was 10 minutes early, and ready to get started. I am 100 percent happy with the job he did. He did not make a mess and was very professional. I would definitely use him again based off the price from Angie's list, but the other price he quoted for the ceiling just seemed to be extremely high for the size of the two ceilings.

"They arrived on time and were very precise about what they were going to do. Jimmy, the owner, checked the ceiling in my den where I had had a leak. He checked the ceiling for me and got paint to match my ceiling and covered over the spot. We have had three snow storms this year and no leak has appeared where it was fixed.
There were separate crews for the siding and for the roofing. They crews came on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. My new roof looks great. They had also replaced some siding for me which didn't quite match when it was done. I called and they came out to check it. They are ordering other siding and I expect them to be replacing it soon. In addition, they are excellent about providing someone to do other jobs. One of the workers thought he had broken my doorbell (it was working only erratically at the time) and spent some time trying to fix it. It wasn't their fault, but they have promised to fix my doorbell with a better one, in any case.
All of the workers were polite, efficient, and capable. I was able to reach the company when I had a question. I would recommend them without reservation.

"The initial call for Mike's services was for our Kitchen ceiling and backsplash but after seeing how professional they preformed their duties, we decided to utilize his services for our loose stair posts. The previous contractor failed to secure the posts properly thereby causing it to be a major safety violation. Mike pulled the permit and endured a grueling tongue lashing from the city inspectors due to 3-D Unlimited owner/ Danny Brinkley's lackluster workmanship and ability to perform as a true contractor. Permits were never pulled! To make a long story short, Mike fixed the problem and gave our family the safety peace of mind needed for daily usage. We will definitely be calling him again for additional services!"

"The good:
- The people were friendly for the most part
- They did good work in some ways
- Their subcontractors did good work
- They gave us a quartz counter top "for free" for our desk
- They did a couple extra things without charging us
- Everything looks good (if you don't look too closely)
The bad:
- I did not like the communication in the beginning, but I hoped, based on the reviews they got, that they would do a good job. I was disappointed with a lot of things - see below.
- I had to prepare my own detailed cost estimate (based on their difficult to understand e-mails) and get them to let me know if my estimate was correct or not. They would only give me a lump sum price and very little detail on what I was getting.
- They seemed to have never worked with the Cabinet Factory before. It was almost impossible to get any information about the cabinets we bought prior to signing a contract. Neither Get It Done (GID) or the Cabinet Factory wanted to talk to us about them. In the beginning I asked for no fiberboard and ended up with lots of fiberboard. Also, GID apparently does not know what fiberboard is - they were trying to tell me the kick-boards were not fiberboard (they are). The cabinets seem pretty low quality although at the time I was told by the Cabinet Factory that the cabinets I was getting were good quality and approaching the cost of the high end cabinets. One of the sliders in the pantry broke right away because there was too much weight. I never had this problem with my previous cabinets.
- They used wax crayon as paint in many locations on the cabinets. This is bad because it is not intended as paint, it is sticky, and wipes off easily.
- They told me it would be $100 more per fixture (about $1000) for LED under cabinet lighting. I still don't understand why they say it costs that much more. The lights they installed get very hot.
- There was very little attention to detail. They were going to stop the peninsula cabinets about 6 inches short of the end of the floor tile. It would have looked really silly - fortunately, I caught it in time and got them to adjust it.
- They put two joints in my crown molding about 12 inches apart and did a poor job with the joints. It looks very bad.
- The painting of the walls was bad. They missed lots of areas and they wanted me to mark all the areas they missed for them.
- They did not plan out the closet desk and shelves well at all. I told them I wanted a shelf for a TV, and they gave me shelves that weren't wide enough. Then they rigged it to work after lots of discussion.
