"This whole experience went better than any other project we've had done. Caleb, the owner, spoke with me first and was willing to look at the bathroom the same day. I got a quote for just the shower and one for the entire bathroom. We decided to replace just the shower. I received weekly phone calls updating me on when they could start. They were able to start earlier than anticipated and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was trying to coordinate this from another state and they did a great job taking pictures and staying in touch. The shower looks amazing."

"David replaced the Pentair pump on my above-ground pool, after the old one failed prematurely. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips to make sure this pump won't fail on me...he installed fittings that will allow me to easily disconnect and store the pump for winter. Despite a delay from the pump supplier, David stayed on top of the situation and kept me informed on the status. I'm happy to have a pool service that I can count on for my future needs. "After 60 years of living with my very outdated bathroom, I decided it was time to give it a much-needed remodel, as well as making it more functional for my current needs. After doing my research, I decided to contact Bath Planet. During the sales visit, the rep listened to my wants and needs; and in the end, I felt confident I would get everything on my wish list at a great price from a reputable company. The renovation went smoothly, and I got everything I wanted, plus low maintenance shower doors; no need to squeegee after every shower! Bath Planet's designer, Tracie Stern, was also an enormous help. She helped me decide between LVT floor designs based on my preferences. She went with me to compare styles, knew how much I needed and helped me place the order. She made the whole process so easy. I am SO GLAD I went with her suggestion. Also important, they contacted me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the end product. I highly recommend Bath Planet. "

"If I could give zero stars I would! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with Christan/Nighthawk!!! We had a 3 phase home addition that was to be done in 6 months. It took 11 months and he only made it thru phase 2. He took our money then proceeded to only show up once a week for most of the project!! He left our roof off - exposing our home to extensive damage that he ignored - for 3 MONTHS!!!! He claimed we were a priority project to him and yet never showed up. And to add insult to injury the work he did was AWFUL! Framing was left exposed to the elements so long it grew mold (that we had to treat on our own dime) and the inside framing was so wrong that we had to rip it down and fix on our own. Beware of a sheep in wolfs clothing. Christian talks a good game and you'll believe he is a good guy/business man but he did us sooooo wrong!!! All I can say is do not make the same mistake we did - go with someone else!!!!"
