"Had some serious foundation settling in my home with corresponding cracks in the brick skirt around my crawlspace.  Solicited estimates from 3 contractors in the area including Virginia Foundation Solutions (VFS). VFS rep came out and analyzed my problem methodically.  The VFS estimate focused on my problem and correcting it.  He then explained the particulars of how they would stabilize my foundation, what the costs were and how long it would take.  The VFS crew showed up on schedule, completed the work on time and at the agreed upon cost.  They left the worksite as clean as they found it and hauled all the debris away as promised.  The crew was hardworking, pleasant, professional, and diligent.  The mason in particular did a great job identifying a rotted band board near where the porch push piers were installed.  He also did a phenomenal job rebuilding the porch and repairing all the cracks in my brick skirt.  Calls to the company and the owner were always answered or returned within minutes.  Overall, hiring VFS was a great choice and pleasant experience and am very happy with the results!

"Would be 5 stars based on the crew, but we had problems with the lead up to the job, which started 3 weeks late based on the salesman not understanding the scope of work and promising something that wasn't possible. The Friday before work was supposed to start, Gustavo (the supervisor) came to look at the job and let me know it would not be able to be accomplished the way we wanted. He worked with the Engineer (Scott) to figure out a way-ahead. Once the plumbers moved some interferences, the crew started. Eduardo (foreman) and his team (Jorge and Hector) did an expert job. They communicated each step of the way, were respectful of the inside of the house, took no shortcuts, and cleaned exceedingly well at the end of each day. These guys were top-notch! The best of the best! We were able to accomplish the first three of our goals: 1. Stabilize the house 2. Gain room in the basement. 3. Get lift to make the house [more] level. 4. Recover the existing beam for use over our fireplace."

"I'm pretty amazed at how quickly Alex and his crew were able to lift my entire house and install drainage on both sides of the house. The team was the definition of professional and knowledgeable. From the start, they were extremely considerate of my house, and put everything back the way they found it - almost like they weren't even there to begin with! Didn't even know this was possible! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
